I like the hammer build, but I occasionally run axe/mace with it for the additional knockdown on mace 5. I also slot bull’s charge for even more KDs. The build has holes but it is super fun most times.

I get burnt down enough from Rangers siding on a ledge spamming RF enough. You’re population is just fine.

Necro minions are far worse in my opinion, Anet should just make sure when you attack that they attack too.

In essence, a thief is an assassin, if they shouldn’t have blinding abilities/tricks, then no profession should.

Human female is the correct answer.

Charrs are heavy metal and should be played so.

It looked like he was bare-handed, if that’s possible. That’s why I assumed it was a kit. Maybe he was switching between flamethrower and something else.

I roll Axe/Mace & Hammer into dungeons with my guild. Optimal sounds like a kitten word. Do rock solid dps and stay alive. Same as everybody else’s role. We clear CoF in like six minutes.
Still have a problem with those flaming balls though…

In pvp, true I use Rampage, but I also go Hamer with Axe/mace. I slot Bull’s charge for an extra knockdown, and well I still get burnt down pretty easy but I can cause a certain amount of havok. Although GS Rangers pretty much ignore my knockdowns. Either way its super fun.

Only poorly played Warriors have poor DPS.

I have no problem with the decay rate, just let it hang around for a longer period of time.

Agreed bump them all up to 50%, or get rid of them.

so just use a major for now.

A three second stun will end almost any fight right there.

And before you complain about us Warriors, remember a hammer can be dodged. Mesmers have a three second stun signet.

Last night, we played a Thief in sPVP, who was dropping 12k bombs on us. You’re damage is alive and well, like ninjaEd says you just might have to use one build to get there

Last night PVPed a bunch on my hammer War, and came across an Engineer holding down clocktower. I also run axe, mace and have Bull’s Charge slotted. That’s at least 4 KDs and a stun. From what I could tell all he had was a Thumper turret. For almost eight seconds he shrugged off my knockdowns, just what is providing that kind of stability?

Is there a kit I am missing?

I have plenty of good looking Norn and Asura armors. Sylvari look nothing like humans, is there a real discussion here? Other than every possible Charr footwear looking the same what’s the problem?

A sub fee is the dinosaur of gaming. There is nothing to be gained from adding $15 a month except a smaller gaming population.

I don’t want fist weapons because I want Anet to release a new class that uses their hands as weapons. It’s a perfect fit for the Tengu. But that’s off-topic, now what do you give the class that can use almost every weapon?

I compare BV with that mesmer signet that gives a 3 second stun when activated. How can a thief elite give a one second stun but a second tier signet triple the duration?

So I have been playing P/P and I love it (even with Ricochet removed), and I find your post one of the few informative ones on here. Just a question, should I seriously think Carrion/Giver with a P/P build or should i stick to Assasins/Berserker? Would it make that big a difference on the auto attack?

Who says the shield will be melee? I think she will Chronomancer, and since we have little idea what their skills are, then it would be difficult to assume the shield will be only melee. I mean the hammer isn’t melee.

I think you will grow bored my friend. I think they will change many things: Bump up the dps, lower the energy cost, add additional legends, they may even tie weapon swap to legend swap. But at the core the mechanics of Rev will always be tethered to two legends at a time.
