Art Style department does not program the graphic engine and the techies don´t design cunning new trench coats either (although..).

As somebody who actually ran this game on a 32bit DX9 system, I can confirm that this client is an absolute joke.

If they dare show their face in WinXP dominated Asia with this falsely advertised DX9 game, then NCSoft will instantly become a laughing stock in their main market.

In my eyes it points strongly towards the Rapier as the coming new weapon base for completely new skills.
Though I must admit these swords(1h &2h) do look exceptionally ugly unless there´s some animations involved. But even then it´s a hard sell.

I really recommend the guides on Duly.com. This Sky Crystal guide made it possible for me to get that achievement.

So that all those minigames may still be available for 2 more weeks.

Time-gated recipes like with the crystals should´ve been in from the start, so that the first half-crazed grinders hadn´t been able to show off after one ridiculous month.

As with all MMO´s you get the most enjoyment out of it, when you find a nice Guild that suits you and your girlfriend. As a good starting point I suggest finding an Italian speaking one. This site should help.
Also teamspeak is very recommended, especially in WvW but generally and in Dungeons/Fractals too.

Also you can be in up to 5 guilds, keep the Guild you made with your girlfriend for the free bank space.

Quite frankly IMO all those “Gifts” could be simply named Gifts of Grind(GoG1, GoG2, etc.)
And I really hope it´s stuff like running Ascalon 5gazilion times that the new system will abandon.

Skill points will become part of future gear and legendary recipies, so leveling even at 80 is valuable.

The odd is simple: I do not know by when I will be able to finish all this stuff (I do little by little and even so I get mad) but if I do not get the vein, the game is over (as well as any other game from Anet in the future).

I´ve got bad news for you, or good news for other games you want to play.

To be on the safe side you have to finish the needed achievements this weekend, Monday tops. As the next story-patch is Tuesday and its unknown if the current achievements are still available then.

To me your way of learning(what you´re doing, not what you described up there) simply sound like indulging your ADD.
It´s pretty much impossible to “learn” something for 10 minutes then switch to another topic and learn that for another 10 mins, etc.

I really recommend just sticking to one character randomly, either roll a dice or chose the one with the biggest boobies. Then switch out the weapon combos while you play it for a couple of days.

But this discussion is a bit futile anyway.
Play this game the way you like and you´ll see for yourself if it suits you.

P.S. to those who can´t discern a candid word from a mortal insult, I wasn´t inferring OP has ADD (which isn´t an insult either), but that this playstyle fits the general symptoms.
