I defeted her yesterday after 28 tries. Most of the tries were done on Mesmer, then I switched to Thief using a dodge build.
Yeah, it’s missing. I needed my last one today.
I’ll renew my question since I’ll be out home until August 25th. I really don’t want to miss out on content, rewards and achievements.
The quaggan that has to be escorted to the other shore will not advance. I’ve tried letting him die or applying buffs or just talking to him but the least he does is running in circles on the shore.
I’ll show screenshots of the particle effects using the Greatsword for instance, although as I specified before, this happens with all flame series weapons.
In the first preview the moving particle effect is clearly visible when the weapon is not drawn. It is too visible in game when the weapon is equipped for the first time.
In the second screenshot the weapon is shown alone in the same manner as if it was being drawn. There you can notice the particle effect is gone. When this happens in game the particle effect disappears and won’t return until the weapon is unequipped and equipped again.
This bug persists since months now.
I’ve noticed this too. With some weapons like Pistol and Rifle her eyes also make weird unnatural movements during idle animations.
but they also need to fix the bug when the one carrying the crystal falls into the abyss.
the players who damaged the crystal carrier who fell down is not credited for the crystal carrier kill.
I think that’s intended. You’re not supposed to get the easy kill by pushing the crystal carrier in the abyss. Otherwise, everyone would go wind aspect (like this doesn’t happen already…) and go skill #2 all over.
Show me fool who will spend money for this:-D
The world is never short on fools.
If it tells you lies, then it must be that shady charr Evon.
I’ve noticed they’ve become quite more rare though. I keep getting alot of vote tokens in their stead. Is it intended?
The Thaumanova incident could even reveal the place where the human gods went. Who knows.
Since there’s going to be the living story update tomorrow, are Kite Fortunes going to be removed from drop tables or will they stay?

Because she has a Legendary character designation and you don’t.
But it’s thanks to our characters that Zhaitan could be defeated. Doesn’t that make them legendary?
You could try out Sorrow’s Embrace’s body piece.
I guess it’s to allow even computers with low specs to play it.
I think there should be a way to return event skins to their original applicable form. So how about salvaging a back item for instance with a Black Lion Salvage Kit in order to recover the skin from the attached equipment?
They don’t look so large on female, Norn and Human at least.
I may have pinpointed the bug.
The responsible are probably Risen Pirates using repeatedly a leap skill that seems to apply the infinite cripple. It also affects NPCs as you can see.
I’m guessing this is probably due to the recent changes of the warrior sword skill #2.
Something must have gone wrong with mobs that use it.
I’ve encountered this bug a few times in some Orr story missions such as Temple of the Forgotten God, Estate of Decay and Air Drop.
I couldn’t identify which enemies are responsible for it but one or more of them applied on my character an infinite Cripple condition that prevented me from exiting combat and healing, at least until I went into downed state.
I believe this issue should be investigated on.

I have also an idea regarding Charr Battle Tanks.
Found a picture here: http://screenshot.xfire.com/s/125230908-4.jpg
They are never really used in game but could be WvW viable as means of dealing with large groups of enemies commonly called zergs, while being outnumbered.
It’s basically large moving fortress, capable of heavy defense and attack on both infantry and walls/gates/siege. That’s also why it should have it’s downsides, which could be: heavy supply demand for building, limitation to two units per borderland and perhaps being usable only under the [Outnumbered] condition’s effect (without it, the tank would be deprived of its skills and able just to be moved around).
Yet, it also shouldn’t be an overly easy task to control such a behemoth.
Being so large, it would also require at least three individuals with efficient communication and cooperation to be effectively controlled, thus making it the first party-controlled device. With one being in charge of moving the tank, another assigned to the front flame thrower and another for the top main cannon. In its upgraded version there could also be added more weapons (ex.: Defensive Spikes, Rear Turret) for more party members to a maximum of five.
Each control position would have its own skills such as:
[Heavy Treading] for Movement: Charge towards a direction and knock back multiple foes on your way. Range: 1500
[Fireball] for the Frontal Flame Thrower: Shoot a large fireball that rolls in a line from front of the tank, hitting multiple enemies and burning them. Effective against gates. Range: 1200
[Cannon shot] for Main Cannon: Shoot an explosive cannon ball at the target location causing wide area damage. Effective against walls. Range: 3350
While not being invincible, the Charr Battle Tank in the hands of a skilled party could prove to be a very effective weapon against large groups of enemies, giving a chance even to smaller forces to prevail in battle.
Feel free to express your opinion.

How about boon bunker elementalists? Try and kill one 1 vs 1 in WvW, maybe using a backstab thief and then come back and tell us your experience.
I’ll count in only my level 80 characters since the others are lower than level 10.
Thief – 959 hours played and died 1153 times over the past nine months.
Warrior – 391 hours played and died 593 times over the past eight months.
Mesmer – 261 hours played and died 306 times over the past five months.
I’m a both WvW and PvE player.
They will either revert back to their original state or they’ll add some easy mystic forge recipe to revert it.
I like how you state this as fact when you can’t possibly have any idea. Lol. Wishful thinking akittens finest.
I indeed missed “most likely” in that sentence. However, the other way around would be screwing over transmuted legendary owners, and I don’t know how pleasant would that be for them.

Have you played any other dungeon beside CoF?

Since the Ascended tier is about to become official in both armor and weapons, will there be a possibility to obtain an Ascended weapon by turning four Exotics in the Mystic Forge much like as it happens with Rares to Exotics?
Here we go again…
I personally don’t care if people do speed runs. Let them have it their way.
I’ve noticed there are so many environmental weapons in game that could very well fit to be used in WvW too as siege weaponry, to help add some variety and strategy.
For instance, we have Hylek turrets and Asuran turrets, and why not, Mega-Lasers too.
Hylek elemental turrets may be anti-personnel weapons preferred by condition damage specialized characters. Asuran lightning turrets instead would work much like ballistas, but with a shorter range and bouncing projectiles.
Of course, the devices need some calibrating from their PvE version, so that they wouldn’t be overpowered or unbalanced compared to pre-existing siege weapons.
Well yes, business men are usually money craving greedy evil-doers.
And don’t forget that if key prices drop demand rises and so does gem inflation.
I’m sure that the events concerning the Thaumanova Reactor would reveal much more than the fall of Abaddon.
Since I’ll be out home for vacations. Will I miss all the content or will I be still in time to get anything when I come back?
Kiel all the way. The shady charr there cares only about his money income.
The fall of abaddon is the incentive and the discounted keys are a trick to jack up gem inflation. Don’t be puppets of this charr and vote for Kiel!
I’m alright withthem going for a change from back pieces once in a while, but please, no hats. Hats turn characters bald, and I hate that with a passion.
Really, five-hundred gems?! To me these things aren’t worth any more than 50.
Then you shouldn’t buy them.
Yeah, like hell I’m going to. I’d rather use those gems to buy Transmutation Crystals.
Problems of kids these days…
lol what? If you want to spend over 17 gold for a useless toy then go ahead. I just said I wasn’t going to do that.
I think the question raised here is rather, why are you telling us this?
Because it’s an outrageous price for something so simple, at least for non-farmers, casual players, and such. Isn’t that obvious?

If Belcher’s Bluff was lore-wise then Norn characters would have supremacy over all other omnomberry juice drinkers hands down. But then it wouldn’t have been fair for other races.
And now everbody will use it so it’s no longer a shortcut.
Not eligible I guess. Well, thanks for the free inventory spot.
I still wish to know the time frame. I exchanged for 200 gems just yesterday and didn’t get anything.
What time frame? I can’t find information on this.
All we need is some crystal themed armor to match them with.
They should just turn the node in the home instance into a rich vein.
Quite literally, they are lower on your body as opposed to helmets or shoulders. If they aren’t lower, you’re not wearing them properly.
Or you could just have your hands up for some reason.
That too is true. Hands can be elevated on top of the head.
I would even buy GW1 but I don’t have the cadence to play two or more MMORPGs at the same time.
Yeah I got it after I posted but I didn’t want to edit lol.
