Let’s say I find a trusted friend, and I decide to “donate” 100g to him out okittendness, and he donates 1000k to me in GW1 out okittendness.

In real terms, let’s say I want to trade my GW2 gold for someone’s GW1 gold.

I understand there are strict rules against selling gold, but I am not participating in RMT. I’m just a guy trying to max my Drunkard title and I’m willing to give away my gold in GW2 for it.

I don’t see anything inherently wrong with giving gold to people in GW2 who have no use of it in GW1. It seems like a very win-win situation in my opinion.

Problem is, will I be banned? Or is this more of an “at your own risk” (of being scammed) territory? Hopefully Gaile can clarify? Thanks!

Why is it most other professions only need 1 (minor) trait to vigor on crit, yet Engineer has to dedicate too Major traits for vigor on crit?

There are victory dialogues, cutscenes and ingame mails for both parties hidden inside the .dat file.

Why would the devs go through the effort of the content, if they planned to rig the election?

Anyone notice pets sometimes have immunity against certain boss AoE? (Other than Subject Alpha) I forgot which boss it was, but I definitely recall seeing “invulnerable” seeing my pet not take damage from AoE more than once in dungeons.

Also, anyone notice pets can now attack mutipel targets with autoattack?

I think you’re underestimating the engineer’s natural survival capabilities.

If you cannot press 2 to get past the waterfall, or 1 to jump on a platform, then you might want to stay away from GW1 where Kaineng City was a maze.

I wouldn’t get your hopes up too high, seeing as this type of sigil already exists in the game, and its duration/ICD don’t allow for permachill. Personally, I think that’s a good thing.

Actually I’ve been hit by this thing in spvp and I feel like it doesn’t have an internal cooldown even though it says so.

If it was by a guardian, they have a trait which functions exactly the same way.

They’re getting rid of Magic Find as a gear stat by the end of this year, so keep your chin up!

I’m referring to the new stat additions in general.

They actually thought it was a good idea and that we would use MagicFind/Healing/Boon% trinkets. Then they wondered why people were salvaging them for ectos instead of actually using them, and permabanned a couple of players.

After that we got some Settler’s gear or something like that, with stats PvErs don’t care about.

But who knows? ANET might surprise me this patch.

Lodestone prices already went down. Especially Charged Lodestones, which went down to 2.50g from 3.50g.

We can just assume they actually intended us to spend 100g on Rare tier armor, rather than making it a skin we can apply like HoM armor.

Engineer really is a versatile class. I love how we can switch from Melee Bombs to Ranged Grenades with the simple press of a button rather than waiting on swap cooldowns.

Most of all though, I love our consistent DPS with bombs.

Norn because you have the best camera range for ground targeted AoE. Very important for Grenades!

Though I personally made a Sylvari because of the racial skills (Take Root is an awesome Elite skill!) and because I LOVE the sexy British voice and bishie sparkles!

I found the Sylvari voice most fitting for an Engineer, since he sounded more techie with lines like “Entering combat”, and “Dispenser set!”

It’s possible to make more than 10g within 2 hours. Considering Arah P4 takes 3-4 hours, I don’t think a 10g reward is that bad.

Path 4 takes 20-30 minutes with superhero speedrunners.
