They’re called wintersday muffs for a reason.. It’s seasonal. But hey, they’re about to remove a tonne of stuff from the gem store so nows your chance to snag something before they do.
Source: announced this week via front page GW2 article.
I bought last night the Fused SB skin 1.5k gold. Maybe I’m just impatient as heck but I really just wanna finish the fused collection already and I think it’s sad as heck they, along with Aetherized + Dreamthistle, haven’t made a return in.. What seems like forever.
Meanwhile they bring back Chaos and some other already cheap sets.. Ehh.
fingers crossed I hope they re-release the older sets as I want to finish off those collections.
I’ve played for ages and still have no idea what or how to do combo fields other than thief shortbow poison followed up by cluster bomb = weakness.
That or the engi F1 spray thing with rocket boots gives a.. Minute heal. “Wow”.
I really think if there were tutorials in game explaining combo fields new and veteran players alike would appreciate it.
So far I hover over a skill and it says “combo field: Blast”. That’s it. No other info so I just disregard it.
I hate aegis shield aesthetic.
- it’s ugly
- it ruins virtually every proper physical shield’s appearance in the game
- there needn’t be any visual queue for it because:
a) everyone and their mum’s brown dog knows the first hit you make on a guardian will be blocked
b) aegis is a boon and is already clear as day displayed on the character’s bar of active boons/signets/buffs etc which is what your enemy will glance at anyway
It should be removed or toggle-able.
The only problems I see this posing if it were switched off would be:
- new players not knowing why their attack was blocked (L2P issue tbh.. Just look at your enemies boons first)
It’s why I make warriors instead coz’ at least they get a PROPER shield that isn’t wrecked by ugly aegis.
This is why most of my characters are sylvari; they seem to have better appealing body types to choose from. Humans all look quite similar. My only gripe with smaller body types is sadly some of the shoulder armor still looks cringeworthily huge and over sized on them. That or clipping issues around the waist/shoulder armor-on-chest area. Yikes.
- Turn them into ingots
- Make an alt and store the ore/ingots on them to free up bank space
- Buy real bank space or max it out
- drag and drop the excess ore/ingots from your inventory/bank and watch them disappear into thin air
I have listed various ways to minimize/get rid of a plethora of obtained dragonite ore/ingots.
Can also be carried out on empyreal + bloodstone.
Have fun.
Everytime ANet releases new sets of dyes I am so grateful I jump in and buy them off the TP when there’s a decent amount there. I remember electro peach and lime sitting at a measly 20g or less.. Now look at those and the rest in the same set. Crazy prices. Glint’s Isolation too is unbearably pricey.
Just buy them when they’re released as they’re generally quite cheap due to the influx of people selling or getting doubles from chests.
Believe it or not over thousands of dollars on Gems. Yes. 100% correct. Very sad in the eyes of some but I have a job that pays me money and I rarely use it on anything else so may as well on a game I love.
As others have stated – same recycled stuff.
- festivals/events
- perhaps a wvw tourney season
- I would marry ANet if they released double exp event again
- new BL wep skins
- general discounts in gem store
I would welcome any new faces/hairstyles & hair colors with the kits if that’s on the list of usual updates.. But what I really wish is more colors to choose from in the accessory section. Some aren’t even the right colors when you actually click on it.
Nothing is more mad than having to listen to Faolain’s disturbing laugh everytime you just wanna get that TA path done. Seriously.
It’s that or from my own sylvari character…
“THIS ROSE HAS THORNS, AND HERE THEY ARE”
Getting real tired of that one. Reallll tired.
It seems these achievements + titles were scrounged together in 5 minutes and submitted into the system in 3 minutes with a single click; zero thought behind them. At all. Ever.
And it’s been years.
They are still the same requirements. Who thought of these tasks? How in the hell does anyone even remotely think ‘yeah man let’s successfully defend SM castle hundreds of thousands of times, that’ll be a piece of cake!’
If these requirements were intended to be completed in “the long run” then it’s gone too far. Too long. This is a joke.
Knock off a few 0’s and players may reconsider or, bare minimum at least forgive what a dog’s breakfast was made of these achievements. Jeeze.
Both my Mini Gywnefyrrd (however you spell it!) and Mini Armored Scarlet Briar as I never see that variant of her these days.
I really really really would chuck $100 worth of gems at the screen for that grey cat NPC to be turned into a mini.
ANet plz.
I personally run around in karma trains if there’s a good one happening in EOTM. I found that’s the absolute fastest way to reap in karma to buy obby shards. (I use the karma boosts too when I can).
Did my fair share of SW farming and it comes no where near close. And badge crests for obby shards.. Ehh. They have better uses.
I see this as simply.. Strategically placing these turrets. I’ve only encountered 1-2 basically un-killable sentry turrets for the time I’ve spent playing EOTM, which is a while.
Placing them under bridges: as long as there’s ledges to land on then Mesmer ports.
Placing them under terrain: same scenario, as long as there’s footing or something to land on below it then Mesmer ports.
Placing them in a broken wall and it resets with the so called turret in there: (never seen this happen before but it seems you described it that way?) Destroy the wall and you can destroy the sentry turret inside.. Possibly AoE the area.
Sentry turret too far away? It’s called a ranger if you need one. 1.5k range. Completely obliterates turrets that have been placed in no melee range.
Turret ‘hidden’ in/under terrain? I’d say 80% of those sneaky ones can be dealt with by AoEs.
My only problem is turrets that have been placed by no other means than pure, malevolent hacking. I wanted to find out why this turret kept picking up our Zerg on the radar in the snow area: it was under rocky terrain at a junction or whatever that place is where the 3 wooden bridges meet near Bell. I jumped off the side, hit CTRL and saw it placed directly under the entire rock formation. There’s no way anyone could have placed that unless there was ground underneath them. Jeeze. The other crazy one I saw was inside terrain. Like. Literally inside clumps of grass bricks near the aetherblades and no AoEs could kill it. Crazy.
Each to their own. Everyone will have different opinions about it but here’s mine:
- Thief - A fun mobile class; I really like being able to jump everywhere using S/D. Playing as a condi thief is also funny. I may not be pro and I actually consider myself below average at this class but it’s one I enjoy. Definitely looking forward to any buffs with the HoT Xpac.
- Mesmer - Similar to thief but it has certain uses. I made a utility/glamour mesmer for running in zergs and a lot of players appreciate the quick ports. I use my original mes for dungeons.. the only thing I dislike when playing mesmer is the known feeling a thief can and most likely will focus you due to squishiness. I can’t wait to play Chronomancer though.. it deems very confusing at first but I’m sure it’ll be fab.
- Ranger - Very easy straight forward class for me to play. I use one in PvP. I am grateful ANet implemented a buff on them. Ranger was my first ever class. I still think a few of their utility skills could use some work; preferably the shouts but that’s just me.
- Engineer - First class to do map completion on and it was awesome. I love how this class can be a jack of all trades but I in general simply suck at it when it comes to WvW or PvP. I really want to get good at engi but there’s just so much clicking and the grenades are slow & hard to land. I also never understood why rifle range is less than grenade range. I am glad ANet will be reducing grenade range soon, correct me if I’m wrong on that one.
- Warrior - I think I’m stuck in the ‘this class should only be played with melee weapons’ because I always pick up a hammer/GS or sword/WH/Shield. It’s sad I have multiple warriors but don’t know how to play them properly.. maybe I am playing them right but I’m always being kited, ranged from afar or immobilized/CC’d when my stability runs out. I love this class though. It’s also great for tanking. I even made a weird build primarily consisting of the longest time of immobilize duration.. Throw Bolas with 7-8 & 1/2 seconds? Another 8 secs immob from Lvl 3 F1 sword skill? Traited cripple = more immob? RIP whoever can’t cleanse immob.
- Guardian - As much as I like this class I feel warrior does what I want better. It was good fun doing dungeons as guardian but it’s held back by the only ranged wep being Scepter, their low health pool unless traited and the pinnacle of annoying – no proper movement speed. I played medi guard and yes it’s interesting but like before.. no stability or I’m always kited.
- Elementalist - This is a class I literally cannot understand and mostly never will. I legit made an ele and levelled him via tombs to 80. No proper gameplay. Idk what I was thinking. There is just so much clicking and swapping attunements; I hate making mistakes too so this class sits on the shelf for me gathering dust until I “learn to play”. Haha.
- Necromancer - Very similar to ele. Another class I levelled via tombs to 80 with zero proper gameplay. I’ve given condi and power necro a chance. Maybe I just suck. I really hate little to no stability on this class like warriors can dish out so easily. It’s a different story in PvP though – I am having somewhat fun playing power necro. I tried minion master too and it can be humorous. I hope I can get better at playing necro, especially with the HoT Xpac coming soon.
What else can kill a thief?
Longbow full zerk pew pew ranger that places a stealth trap equipped with Sic Em = either of the following:
- thief goes into panic mode having roughly 38 secs of revealed on him and dies
- thief manages to run away/escape more than likely resetting the match but will probz die anyway still being revealed
- thief dies
I’ve done this to a few thieves I see stalking me. I either place the stealth trap and move back so they run into it or I blatantly stand on it so the thief inevitably activates it if they land on it (most use melee). Unless they’re full on mega burst cray cray evades then it’s absolute GG in my favor coz a lot panic. Lel.
Now, do this with a friend or better still, a full group using the exact same method/build and you’ll be collecting a lot of salty orphan thief tears in no time.
I could not agree more.
Make it happen please, ANet.
But I’m a law abiding Charr.. Do I still count?
Entirely on topic though: I really don’t think it’s massively needed atm. Sometimes it’s best to just ban someone they way they do it now and not have an uproar of gossip like they did with that public video of someone hacking who got banned, although it is funny, it attracts a lot of negative people too who make a big deal over it.
1. Record record record record record. I cannot stress this enough. If you know something fishy is going on make sure you’re recording the game footage.
2. Make sure it shows full combat log what’kittenting you etc.. If it shows nothing yet you’re taking big hits out of no where then yeah that’s definitely wrong
3. To find out what map instance of EOTM you are in type /ip (it generally ends in .165:0 or whatever; it’s a handful of numbers)
So now you have some form of evidence, the map you were in and the combat log on what is or isn’t hitting you.
Hope that helps.
Things I’ve witnessed:
- players spawning basically un-reachable food in the LAVA at Mount Maelstrom world boss
- dropping Box of Fun at banks deliberately on top of bankers
- dropping Box of Fun during a chest train farm at SW (I’m not even kidding this guy dropped over 30 boxes each time the CMDer dug kitten and 70% of the people could not interact with the chest)
- in general, dropping Box of Fun on ANY important NPC etc
- spamming cheap nasty food trays on top of expensive proper food trays
- throwing down a mass of cringeworthy TREBS at a gate where players are trying to build rams
- spawning merchants/TPs on top of important things where you need to press “F”
- players MASS DUMPING siege blueprints on top of thrown siege (pressing “F” picks up the blueprint, which there’s tonnes of them, and not being able to actually build the placed siege)
- spawning bonfires in places no one else can reach and/or merchants/TPs (debatable but still.. Come on..)
- players mass dumping food so no one else can spawn proper food, same case with siege prints and/or other important spawnable things
There’s quite the handful more but the above mentioned reaches the peak of troll mountain and it’s extremely annoying to experience.
Being able to view whoever placed the so called troll/interact able objects deems useless to a degree as there is no proper report option button for these particular cases even if you want to block them it’s not going to stop them trolling with it.
On a more positive note; being able to know whoever places food down in a Zerg is good, banners or even bonfires in a healthy manner is nice as I personally am one that likes to give appreciation for such things even if that person didn’t bother stating they placed free food etc.
Hey, as long as the Halloween Pails (20 slot bags) remain cheap then I’m very happy. Believe me, they’ll find a sink for candy corn.. And it better be a good one.
Full zerk LB pew pew ranger aka the collector of salty orphan tears.
Watch & keep distance from the thief, that is, if he’s focused on other things… count his evades & if he’s used withdraw (heal) then it’s time to hit that rapid fire button.
No joke, many go into panic mode and you know you have them whilst your pet either cc’s them or chases their sorry booty. Nothing better than a point blank shot mid casting their shadow refuge. Gg. That or “Sic Em’” works wonders.
If he’s focused on you I personally always take RaO (stability to avoid Bas Ven) and prior to starting the match if I see a thief or so on their team “Sic Em”. Even a well timed Entangled can be a life saver.
If from far away auto attack the thief; force them to waste their initiative/evades, make sure you know what your pet is doing too.
I agree on certain points made in your post – especially the idea of converting world rank points into tokens as an alternative means of purchasing Mistforged Hero’s skins or even WvW gear.
WvW players with an abundance of left over points have no means of being able to use them which is very sad, stale and un-interesting. Another player suggested a more cosmetic-themed variant such as titles and/or special finishers that are permanent unlocks; non-refundable.
I tend to disagree on the subject of removing the Thimbles via using laurels as a means to purchase WvW ranks, to a degree…
…Some people have over 500 laurels sitting there doing nothing, exactly like the players with thousands of WvW ability points and I think it’s a viable albeit expensive way for someone who’s bought everything possible with laurels and can still use them to achieve rank points if they aren’t maxed out in siege masteries etc (e.g; Jimmy is still new to WvW and has not maxed out Flame Ram perks yet, however, he has heaps of laurels he’s saved up so he then uses those on Thimble of Liquid World Experience(s) to finish off Flame Ram mastery so he can deem himself a very useful asset in a team environment if they don’t have anyone else around with Flame Ram mastery)
I do, on the other hand, see this also as a means to negatively (buy your way really) bump up those pretty ‘Bronze, Silver Gold’ etc ranks, therefore, I think if that’s the case then this option should be greyed out and not buyable to those players who have maxed out every possible mastery/perk with points. I’m not sure if that is a sound suggestion though; debatable but some may view it unfair that others can simply ‘buy their way’ even if it has no advantage over others.
OP makes a valid & simple request: we need long-term, viable options to reward players who have tonnes of left over WvW ability points.
Condi P/D thief if they’re not running much condi cleanse/-40 condi food.
No joke I’ve literally danced around these guys pressing #2 immobilize and they have 1 min 30 secs of poison with a vomitfull of other condis on them all the while I’m fluttering about with those 2 circus clown elite thieves guild NPCs and it’s hilarious. They have no range weapon? GG. Immobilize them. They get close? Skill #3 which applies torment or CnD on them to set up.. Oh look another face full of bleed stacks.
If they’re running -40 condi food then yes, it’s a lot harder and I’ve failed many times with those types.
Other than that – full zerk LB pew pew ranger. Yes. I’ve killed a tiny handful of these guys; just pop stability (RaO) and even that signet and GG if I’m a tad but lucky. It’s mostly the animations you need to be aware of (the big tells) when they swing that hammer coz they WILL immobilize you if they’re traited and no stab = you’re dead.
Hope that helps.
My bet too is it’ll be released into the gem store within a few weeks. Be it your typical gem store mini batches or related to some event I warmly welcome it.. Even if it’s just a re-skin…
…I still really want a mini grey CAT. Uhg.
Blood Legion Homelands look suspiciously green, and every time I see that part of the map, I imagine some sort of endless idyllic grasslands where Blood Legion charr just frolic around with flowers in their manes and generally act out of tough charr character, cause nobody is there to see them.
But if they see you there, they’ll kill you out of sheer embarrassment.
This.
I am so happy I’m not the only one who shares the exact same thoughts/suspicions in regards to that. Seriously though, tip my hat to you that made my day.
What about Guild Bank?
Has anyone thought of making 2 Guilds (on each separate account) so they can deposit their alternate gold into their ‘main’ Guild Bank or does it share the same cap restriction too?
I don’t even know if this is a thing but it just dawned on me with the whole depositing items, gold etc.
I like crafting. Gets me super fast levels and the items I need in just a few clicks if I have everything. A good alternative option to obtain various specific things. I am grateful we have this option and it is still being considered/tended to within the HoT Xpac. Woohoo~
I warmly welcome these new skins; been waiting forever for new green themed ones as no dyes properly match the Dragon’s Jade skins. Heh.
Daydreamer theme is very ornate and detailed but it makes me sad to a degree that some of them look on par or better than a legendary in appearance and effort. Disregarding comparing though – these new weapon skins are very cool.
Each to their own.
Sorry but nope from me.
- waste of time & resources
- players suggesting titles for this is almost cringeworthy; who goes around flaunting something like that. Bleh.
- this is not a dating game
- if this was ever released imagine how many creepy people would start hitting on you, urging you on.. As if it’s not bad enough
Non-player wise I can see it having something to do with NPCs but really.. Why bother. I’d rather them implement a feature that allows us to sit on the many evident wooden benches and chairs in Tyria than make weddings/chapels a thing.
Sorry I just don’t see this as a ninja update it’s clearly a bug.
If it were for reals it would be listed in the patch notes under profession & balance changes as it is a major change.
I have a horrible feeling they’re going to escape and ruin everything again.
Yeah I was in stealth for 2 seconds, as soon as a friendly warrior came by and tooted a warhorn doing no dmg at all out of combat it suddenly put the revealed debuff on me. Very annoying. Even Shadow Refuge does it. What a waste, please ANet fix asap.
And maybe remove the character dialog where one talks about removing bodies from the bay.
Does that mean Scarlet’s body would still be somewhere down there? Kind of creepy.
I play meta builds if I can & know how to play them at a decent level.
Whatever metabuilds I’m currently using/trying out:
Power necro: I don’t even know how to play necro properly and this build hits like a truck.
Medi-guard: I die too much; I practically have no CC on this and I’m probz just bad in general at guard. I switched this around to PVT medi guard and I’m having an easier time although I know I give up all crits etc but it’s working better. I survive longer I guess.
Builds I made myself:
Engi: full zerk rifle/FT/CC thing. If people don’t focus me this build bites. It’s good with your team as it singles out others with the knockbacks etc. It’s a trash build but I have my laughs; recently changed to PVT for more survival. Still horrible haha.
Warrior: full zerk rifle. Once again if I’m left alone to my own devices, not singled out that F1 skill hits hard. Stopped medi guards not paying attention; squishy classes trying to get away and generally just something of a joke to play when I get bored. I am mostly out-played by pew pew rangers and thus…
…Ranger: full zerk pew pew. This is literally my WvW build and it’s good. When I die to pew pew rangers I switch to this and pretty much give them a taste of their own medicine. It’s ridiculous how devastating and annoying this class can be but ranger was my first 80 so least I know what I’m doing.
Thief: I cannot play this to save my life. Tried everything. I die and get focused like a free hot cake.
Ele: I cannot play this to save my life either but I wanna try full zerk staff ele as the other day what seemed like a premade had one and it hit hard.. that meteor shower in courtyard is just crazy.
Mesmer: Old(?) Shatter build. My mesmer is dusty and I was discouraged earlier when I was still getting used to PvP having being slaughtered with this class so I gave up. Time to time I use it and it can be funny watching opponents trying to figure out what clone is the real one but ehh.. too squishy and thieves wreck it.
Courtyard is legit the one true PvP map. You know. Player versus player. No silly NPCs or trebs or PvE interference.
People state their hate for it without explaining why they don’t like it, too often.
The only reasonable explanation I can understand is the map design itself which yes, I will share my slight dislike for as it is very tiny, cluttered & a lot of skills get obstructed etc. That or the inevitable experience(s) of being matched up against ‘premades’ may trigger hate for this map but at the end of the day – it’s players vs’ing players and people are spilling their super ultra mega salty orphan tears over a map that’s mechanic/design/game-play intention is working as intended.. genuine PvP.
It is very bothersome to hear players requesting more/new ‘death-match’ maps regarding PvP when what seems like a fair portion of the playerbase dislikes this particular map; death-match PvP.
Perhaps if the map was designed better/differently would players still feel the same negativity?
Feel free to share your thoughts/discussion.
It stops working if the pet dies. So if the pet dies after 3 seconds, you won’t have any more invulnerability.
If the pet is already dead, you will get 0s of invulnerability, but it’ll still be a stun breaker and it’ll still trigger Nature’s Voice.
I see; many thanks for the response!
The wiki states “…or if the pet falls in battle.”
I am under the assumption your pet is alive and you activate the shout and if the pet does early the shout skill ends but would it still do anything if:
A) your first pet is ALREADY DEAD and you activate it (not switching to your other pet)
B) both your pets are ALREADY DEAD (cannot switch at all) and you activate it
Has anyone tested this? Currently on my phone atm, can’t test it, sorry for any spelling mistakes.
This was already discovered a while ago tbh. No word from ANet. I have the numbered item sitting in my bank.
I am guessing by the looks of the item it’s either a Mordrem Part or some sort of puzzle piece – even going so far as to speculate a letter being written or some form of communication to the player leading them on for another wild goose chase. Oh boy. It’s Caithe we’re talking about anyway.. It could mean anything. Possibly another cliff hanger. I’ll stop now.
If kraitkin became a staff I would be running it in place of my Scythe skin. Such an awesome looking legendary only to never really be used.. Sigh.
I have too many toons to count with maxed out bag slots. A lot are geared for wvw therefore have an entire bag slot or two dedicated or filled up with various siege blueprints, traps etc and alternate gear sets. This isn’t so bad of a problem but I believe the loot in this game is dominated by low end ‘junk’ that fills up bag slots way too fast and in regards to bag slots; if they’re not doing anything to minimize all the junk we get then heavens pray I welcome the idea/ability to increase the bag slot limit. Further more, bank space.
Why does there have to be limits? Some of us are hoarding plenty of skins to sell in the future along with memorable items SOLD AT THE GEM STORE that we can no longer use.. I’m looking at you – Infinite Continue Coin… Clogging up bank space yet we’re still clinging to hopes those items will eventually be sold or use-able again.
As for bag slot expansions with the idea of being account-wide: it would be overly generous of ANet to do this for us.. Think about it from a business perspective: a game company needs to make money somehow and creating that ‘barrier’ of character unlocks vs acc unlocks is a delicate and sticky situation to address… Either make it acc-wide one time purchase and lose money, technically in long run as it’s obvious players will one time buy and forget about it or have what we have now and tempt the customer into buying more slots. At the end of the day it’s about money. That’s what a company needs to constantly make.
I don’t wanna ramble on too much but I would welcome more bag slot increase/bank slot increase or in general; a discount sale on bag slots would be greatly appreciated.

My pew pew ranger:
Full ascended zerk gear + weps
Exotic valk trinkets due to trait that gives power based on vitality.
The infusions on the ascended stuff is nice to have and I can confirm that many salty orphan tears are shed when I press that #2 LB rapid fire button. It especially melts squishy classes.
Basically; If you’re doing fine in exotics and love it then by all means go for asc version of it, plus zerker is usually used both in PvE and WvW anyway.
Each to their own though.
Pick some armor you like and dye it in colors to suit your needs.. Then go look for a focus skin that compliments it all. Easy. Each to their own.
I’ve played around with Ogre, Pack and Strength runes on various professions including thief. I stick to my Str runes due to the might on dodge + the food I eat generates another might on dodge.. It’s just nice to have it constantly there.
I like Ogre runes for the 4% dmg increase but I found the Rock Dog annoying and/or it died too quickly or – at the worst case.. It kinda gives your position away and includes a free CnD from another thief if you run into them. Uhg.
Pack runes are meh because I already get swiftness on dodge however, I do like the precision increase and the might on hit instead of Ogre rune’s silly Rock Dog.
Overall, each has their advantages and disadvantages. Look up what build you run and relate it to runes that compliment/enhance it more to get the best effects?
I find ranger a jack of most trades. Sure not exactly the greatest front liner but I can spec to be quite tanky and deal decent dmg, however, I prefer the 90% full zerk LB with fire/air sigils.. Max bloodlust stacks etc because holy mother of dragons does that rapid fire make people cry.
I’ve learned to quickly swap out a utility for Sic Em if I see a theif around as that almost always ruins them completely.
Fought a condi warri hybrid last night; maybe it was just my tiredness.. We broke even but I mostly won the majority of our duels and it’s brain dead easy to pop RaO followed by that signet that grants stab and does 50% more movement or dmg? Either way, all them CCs were basically wasted on me haha.
ranger is very easy to play and with the updates to the class it’s definitely made them a serious threat if not dealt with properly.. Whether they’re playing serious or just mashing buttons they can be deadly.
Only ever made 1 human that I kept for a long period of time for probably no reason. It gathered dust and did nothing; I had more aesthetically better looking variants of it but in different races so I deleted it.
I rarely ever choose humans when it comes to MMOs etc. I find them boring unless there’s specific clothing that actually only works for them. Meh.
Seeing quite a few posts regarding not being able to get ascended stuff…
There is 1 way and as lame as it is at least it gets you what you want… I’ve crafted ascended because I can within my limits and why not? Min maxer here as much as I can.
You can pretty much buy specific ascended anyway like I do:
- buy gems & convert to gold
- have skill points (e.g: 20 for 1 asc orb thing)
- have laurels to buy ascended recipe (e.g: 5 laurels = 1 recipe)
- have an abundance of Karma (easily acquired via EOTM Ktrain) to purchase Obby Shards
- buy Trick or Treat Bags and get the ascended mats (dragonite,
Emp frags & bloodstone)
- buy necessary inscription thing off TP
- buy necessary asc mats off TP (e.g: Deldrimoor Steel Ingots etc)
Practically bought save for the skill points, laurels & Karma as those require time and/or PvE/Ktrain in EOTM from champ bags.
Boom. There’s your asc wep etc.

I temporarily bind my scroll down wheel to equal 1 left click to open usually stacks of luck, bags or any other unbearably numerous amounts of stacked items. I cannot zoom out normally when I do this, that’s the only ‘downside’ if I accidentally zoom in.
I have asked about this too and albeit no solid response from dev(s) the player base states it does not break any rules as you’re simply key binding your mouse to initiate an alternate action.
Just a heads up: I would refrain from binding it to equal a double click as I believe that kinda goes against the rules.. Just make sure 1 scroll down equals 1 left click.
I genuinely was expecting something.. More.. Uhg – advanced within the whole idea of ‘Guardians’. All of a sudden bouncing to Dragon Hunter is off putting and very misleading.
Guardian is indeed a good support role but I feel this new Dragon Hunter spec is just another ‘ranger’ with other.. support. I hope there is balance (good damage with support).
Yes, of course the Guardian needed a longer ranged weapon but the way they’ve gone about it seems underwhelming; perhaps that entire video didn’t portray it.. Properly? Good enough? I am fishing for the right word here but one things for sure – Dragon Hunter is not doing it for me.
