Warrior, Elementalist or Necro

almost any class except necro is good for dungeons, but i think warrior or guard is the best all around. Ele is probably the most rewarding but with the highest risk too, which is why I stopped using mine for pugs. Warrior might be the easiest class, but doesn’t necessarily mean it’s boring though. In WvW the builds for warrior are different so you also need more skill to do well, but imo it’s not very rewarding either.. almost any other class can do well against warrior in WvW as long as they are equally skilled.

Warrior – just no, it’s boring as hell. Warrior is said to be the easiest class, which means you don’t have to time your skills perfectly (guardian) or use some more complex rotations (engi, ele). I’d not suggest you to pick warrior.

who says you don’t have to work on your rotations with warrior…? the people who say it’s just ‘mash 1 button with GS’ are oversimplifying things. For example with GS, maybe hundred blade and Rush are the main skills you need to use, but whirlwind actually does twice the damage of Rush if used correctly. Even if used when not against wall, it’s sometimes 20k damage on bosses or around half that of hundred blades (I have even gotten a 40k hit with it once). A correct rotation would be auto twice on GS, 2, 3 and 5, then swap to axe set and apply vuln for a total of 16 stacks.

I have ele and thief to 80, but I find warrior more interesting. I can’t speak for mesmer because I am pretty bad at it. In the end it all comes down to rotations.. with ele in pve you are basically doing might-stacking rotation everytime, or with staff camp fire attune for dps (I don’t like staff ele for this reason). D/D thief is just backstab and auto or heartseeker, not much different from a rotation on warrior imo. For new player I would suggest warrior, but most people find Ele more interesting because it has more combos and skills to choose from.

Who are you i never been in a group with you? and i definitely have a lot more than 4k ap.

Ok.. so almost 5k ap then. I was in a Arah group with you once, but don’t know if you remember me. It’s still at least 2 years before you max out dailies, even if you do 12 dailies a day which I would say is unrealistic. I try to make a goal for 8 dailies but most days I don’t even get that. I would be surprised if you could do 12 dailies every day till the cap… but then I don’t think it’s worth it.

yeah but i got all the ap i can from exploring and fighting etc, maybe ill get another 50 from weapon mastering and slaying…but thats it, theres no new water and theres no new AP. ill be stuck at maybe 15k, and everyone else will be 30k next year.

There’s always new way to get AP, just gotta try other things. You do the tradesman, world bosses, JP achievements yet? That’s an easy 1k AP right there. Belcher’s bluff, Southsun survival, other activities.. probably like 200 AP each if you plan to max them out. The story ones aren’t hard either, use a guide like one Dulfy has if you are having trouble (I did most of them solo pretty easily).

Also, you should maybe stop making these kind of ‘exaggerated’ posts… lol. You always make it sound like you have all this AP, but last time I was in your group I saw you only had 4k… probably be a few years at least before you manage to cap dailies XD. Just have fun and don’t worry about it too much.

Looking for Burst thief D/D PvE advices !

in Players Helping Players

Posted by: nagr.1593

nagr.1593

I’m having trouble with building weapon, armour, and adding the right sigil, so the outcome damage will be massive. Before specifically asking, no, I don’t care if Thief is stupid with Death Blossom spam so don’t give advice like ‘you should play ranger or necro instead’. I’m only looking for burst thief advices for PvE.

I’m confused if you understand what you’re asking..? death blossom is pretty bad and unless I’m mistaken spamming auto chain is much better dps than spamming death blossom. That only works with a condi build, but you are asking for a ‘burst’ build which is quite different, you only need to use cloak and dagger, backstab, and HS on d/d.

This is also probably a general class build question, as far as I know the PvE dps build for all classes is the same, zerk gear with force/night sigils for dungeons or force/x elsewhere. The weapons for thief in PvE are d/d, s/p, and sb for trash run or if you are ranging mobs.

Also toughness/vitality scales badly with zerker build, it will lower your dps by a lot. In fact I have a PVT build for my mesmer, but the dps is so bad that I only bring it for something like Arah where its easy to make a lot of mistakes and survivability is very important. A glass build is generally squishy for all classes, in fact I would expect this complaint more from an Ele player more since they are the squishiest class, more than thief. A glass thief is still squishy, I have a full zerk build on my thief but generally don’t have much problems. You will need practice with class mechanics to survive, this includes timing evade and class-specific skills in this case Pistol Whip and Black Powder to help you survive.

I am also confused why you think you always need to take those utility skill you listed? ‘Hide in Shadow’ is situational, it might be the best burst heal for thief but it’s by no means the best heal. For fighting mobs when you can spam something like Pistol Whip, with ‘signet of malice’ you will heal almost to full (try it if you don’t believe me). Also signet of agility > assassin signet, since you have more a power build and in solo you don’t have fury either, so your crit chance will be low otherwise. Smoke Screen is also very useful, both if your group is stackign for mobs and if you want to blast stealth. My typical setup for thief is ‘signet of malice’, Smoke Screen, Signet of Agility, Assassin Signet (or Blinding Powder), and Thief Guild. I take Roll for Intiative over Shadowstep mainly because it’s a better stun-break, also its basically an extra dodge and escape. For something like Arah I always take Dagger Storm instead, the stability is much more useful and thief doesn’t really have anything else for it.

Also ‘Shadow Refuge’ isn’t necessary at all time for PvE, you usually have time to just move out of the way to break aggro (you also have Cloak and Dagger). In dungeons it’s only useful for skipping some mob and even then it’s not really the best, it’s just useful if you know blasting stealth will aggro mobs and you have nothing else for stealth. Maybe for WvW its always a ‘must’, since I see almost every thief I fight will use SR to run away and escape (usually when they are very low health), but usually there is better utility to take. Shadow Refuge is also slow for stealth, you need to stand in same spot to get stealth. There is a better way and a trick most thief don’t know to use:

Black Powder -> swap to sb -> 2x cluster bomb -> Blinding Powder

You get the same amount of stealth from this, in about half the time too. Shadow Refuge also has a longer cooldown which means you will be waiting longer to use it again. In fact you can use this combo along with Smoke Screen or Shadow Refuge to chain stealth through mobs if needed.

Here is a good build and build advice for thief in PvE that will help you out:

what should my AP priority be?

OP, just ran Arah with you yesterday and you did fine. I used to slack off on dailies/monthlies for a couple of months too or I would have easily had like 12k AP or something. I usually try to get 6-8 dailies/monthlies now because I have a goal for 10k AP in mind. I also have most or all of achievs from Dry Top, Jumping Puzzles, Tequatl, Jungle Wurm, and EoTM. I wouldn’t suggest worrying about it too much, in my experience people with too much AP usually become jaded, and will sometimes rage at others with low AP and leave groups for small mistakes or when something isn’t done ‘perfect’. I would know, I will sometimes do this too.

Absolute best gold/hour?

nagr.1593

yeah, map completion is a pain.. I have world completion on 2 chars so when I was getting my 5th legendary I just decided to buy it from the tp, rather than craft it. I did the math and decided it wasn’t that much cheaper than if I had got the mats and pre and crafted it xD

Tokens mainly. And it’s different buyers everytime. But I wouldn’t advice selling those days, kickers are even more agressive than before, and it takes time to fill a group. Even at the best hours, it’s about 5-10 min average if you’re lucky.

agreed, I tried to sell an arah path alone a couple weeks ago and got kicked pretty fast. I just use a placeholder now, usually will call someone from guild or one of the buyers I know. I charge them less if they are placeholding for me, like 3g so they get free tokens (normal price is 7g). the whole group usually fills in 10mins, and I haven’t been kicked once either. It’s still around 25g/hour so it’s probably the next best thing from playing the TP, which I was never much good at.

one good method of gold/hr is to sell an arah path, it takes ~40min to solo (with practice) and you make about 25g. I was talking with a buyer and apparently there’s a shortage of sellers recently—so less competition if you were to sell around peak time. This use to be my main source of income when I was farming for my last legendary, along with dungeon runs and playing the TP I would make like 40-50g a day.

there are indeed too many warriors.. sometimes I will run Arah or CoE and see 4 other warriors in group (not that it’s terrible). All the classes you listed are useful, but there is a shortage of Eles in groups, especially since the patch that nerfed them. A skilled Ele is probably the most useful, but that number is even smaller now.. I see most of them still using FGS for fights.

I know you’re trying to be helpful which is great, but do you really think it is wise to be offering this kind of terminology to a player who is completely and admits openly to being overwhelmed?

i think he is just trying to give an idea of what trait lines to focus on. assuming he is new, he will have all traits locked and unless he wants to waste time unlocking all of them, he should focus on the ones that really matter. the first thing I did when I was starting thief was look at a guide of what is meta for thief, that way I knew what traits I should try to unlock first. 6/6/0/0/2 is indeed meta for PVE and you can search for a guide with the traits you need for it.

Warrior did not get nerfed that much

I used to think so too, but the adren nerf was also much bigger than was expected. I understand why they made you lose adren if you miss on hit, but now you start losing adren barely a second after leaving combat… so basically you start every new fight with zero adren. Combine this with GS nerf and it’s close to 20% dps loss at worst case, which is huge…

nagr.1593

Let’s be honest here, you will never catch up to those in the lead. The system doesn’t allow for it. It’s a terrible leaderboard with no actual competition to it. Those in the lead, are obsessing over it, so they’ll do every single Daily and Monthly. But for what? To be on some leaderboard that means nothing since there’s no actual competition? You can’t lose out on AP. If you’re in the lead, you can maintain it perfectly fine. The whole existence is pointless.

I wouldn’t say AP is pointless either.. it’s like legendaries, you get them for the prestige or to show off. I always respect people with high AP, and don’t pay much attention to those with really low AP. Also, despite what others think there is a strong correlation between AP and player skill/knowledge (not too high, or low).

I said the leaderboards are pointless in what you quoted, so again, obsessing over your AP is rather silly. It’s not a competition and never will be. The people in the top for EU/NA over on https://leaderboards.guildwars2.com/en/eu/achievements, will never lose their lead, unless they stop caring about it. It’s not possible to compete for a spot on the top of that leaderboard, since you can’t lose AP. There’s no win:loss ratio to go by here, just gains and more gains.

I’ve also seen players with well over 15k AP be absolutely terrible at this game. It doesn’t take much effort to get high numbers while not understanding the game, professions and mechanics. These people couldn’t make a build on their own if their life depended on it even. The game is rather easy and it’s easy to be carried. I would never look at someones AP to try relate it to skill/knowledge. I’d figure that out from how they play.

I misquoted and saw that you were talking about leaderboards, but you did say somewhere in your post that AP was pointless (which I don’t agree with). I know that people with 15k AP or higher can be bad at this game, especially if they get most of their achievs from something like sPvP and do dungeons for the first time. Usually people with AP in the mid range are more skilled than those with too low or high AP (mid is between 4k-12k AP I would say). This is something I notice in PvE for harder content like Arah where too low or high AP players usually wipe a lot, but those with decent AP are better skilled and experienced.

I honestly PUG all the dungeons that I listed.. I used to do ‘speedruns’ of those dungeons with my guild, but that’s the kind of thing you feel like doing once in a while. I wouldn’t recommend pugging AC anymore (I only do it when I have time to spare), with some pugs nowadays it takes like 10 min just to kill the spider queen (those are pugs where most of your group wipes so you have to 2man the boss). I only do all path runs for something like CoE on alternate days, for most dungeons like CoF I only do one path so again it’s easier to just pug them. I do Arah 1/2/3 daily though, that’s where most of my gold comes from. I usually solo or duo p1 with partner and do Arah 2/3 with a PUG (usually they are not too bad).

5-6 dailies and most days I don’t even bother with any (though I still get like 2-3 even without trying). Dailies are easy though, I dunno how you get anxiety over them.. the ones I get without even trying are Leveler, Daily Dodger, Skill Interrupter, Daily Kills, Recycler etc. I have about 7k AP atm and little less than 2k of those are from doing dailies. I didn’t even start at launch either, and it seems there was 4-5 month period when I didn’t earn any dailies at all (too lazy I guess xD)…so don’t worry too much about it.

Duoing Twilight Arbor

I would say forward path is definitely more time-consuming solo/duo than up path because the last few fights are harder, there is the Knight guy before Leurent who is very hard to fight in open if you don’t stack in corner, also the Tree boss in Forward is waaaay too long to do solo because you have to kite the mobs the whole time. The only hard part of up path is Fyonna, hard to do her solo and took me a few tries. I think I have the only warrior solo for this boss (without reflects) but I had to use PVT set and my traits were also wonky (this is before the patch that let you change traits whenever). I’m tempted to do it again with a zerk set and adrenal health build, but I don’t think you ‘need’ reflects for her. The rest of up path is really easy, there’s an exploit spot you can use for the champ so you won’t get hit (again, something they should fix) and the Tree boss for up is now even more of a joke, because no turrets spawn at all since the Sept 9th patch. You could easily do it solo now with no reflects, maybe just one blind/dodge occasionally and that’s it. Here is the solo I have for this path, in case your interested (it’s months old, but not much is changed).

For the first few months when I was starting out, I would mainly just run CoF P1 over and over again (this used to be a gold farm method, but it got nerfed). That’s probably the easiest dungeon, and most fun if you are starting out. Other easy dungeons are AC, SE, and TA. I personally dislike SE because it’s too boring for me, I haven’t done it in months either. I haven’t done AC much either since they changed the spider queen, but I’ve started to run it again. CoE is also fun, but it isn’t that noob-friendly: for p1 you need to know how some mechanics work (pls tell your group if you are new to this one) and for p2/3 you need to learn how to time your dodge which can be hard at first. Once you get the hang of the easy dungeons, you might want to try Arah… it’s the most fun once you get the hang of it, but can be frustrating at first. I suggest to try an easy path like p3, post for something like ‘noob here, need help!!’ and you should have no problem

Dg : thief has to dps and blind/weaken while surviving // mes has to maintain dps but also can handle whatever else is needed if well thought

If he means self-buffed it should be around 20-35k with strength runes (depends on armor type of mobs). the average with strength runes and exotic/ascended is around 25k hb against heavy armored mobs.

Please go to Frostgorge and chain kill there maybe 20 Arctodus and look what you do on average .. i hardly doubt you will reach 25k on average.

It’s not that hard to get those numbers on mobs… I chain killed a few Arctodus to show this, but unfortunately they don’t have enough health to show a 25k hit on them (I also did 30k easily on a nearby vet):

There are people getting close to 70k HB in a solo setting so I don’t see why a 25k average hit is hard to believe.

Battle roar and hidden pistol are charr utilities, not warrior utilities.

totally forgot that xD

stomp is decent for knockback, but not used as much because fear is better for pushing back (i’ve seen a couple uses in WvW too). throw bolas is a good skill for immob which other classes don’t have as much of, I always use it if I’m doing a dungeon like Arah p1 where you need to keep immob on. they all have their uses though its mostly situational, but I guess in this case it was a bad example to use (thief does have some useless utilites).

For the FGS nerf, I heard from someone that they are having fiery rush require a target now. If this is true, then it might be harder to use it for mobility also.

Which leads me to the questions:
1) Which classes have the least “useless” utility and elite (and healing) skills? I’ve never seen a thief using a trap for example.
2) Which classes have access to multiple power, condi, support and bunker builds?
3) Which classes have access to condition removal that is either reliable or doesn’t require utility slots?
4) Which classes have decent access to mobility ?

At the moment, my go-to choices are either ranger, mesmer, elementalist and engineer… to a minor degree thief and necromancer too.

As for the thief, while it has sweet mobility and on-demand stealth, i feel it has a lot of unused traits and utilities, plus weapon sets feel limited along with the fact condition clear is lacking.

1) depends on what you are using them for, but after next patch Eles will probably have the most ‘useless’ elite.. and yeah, traps are mostly useless for thief and for PvE you rarely need to use any at all. Thief still has pretty useful elite (and healing) skills though.
3) Ele has very good condi cleanse, they don’t need utility either. thief has decent cleanse but they usually need a utility slot.
4) Thief is still the king of mobility, eles will probably get their nerfed soon because they relied mostly on FGS for it.

For thief, they might have a couple unused traits/utilities but so does every other class (some on warrior I can think of are battle roar or hidden pistol which I’ve never needed to use). Their weapon sets might be limited but most serve many purposes so you usually don’t need more than 2. they also have a single condi cleanse on their sword which is useful at times.

I was just in group for arah p2 with a warrior with less than 3k ap, everything went smoothly and I managed to duo Lupi with him, but he starts acting out when we get to alphard because I pick up the FGS instead of him. I tell him its better on thief, but he just runs off and sulks in a corner the entire fight, starts cursing me for being a stupid thief and says something about soloing and making more gold then me. I can’t say his name here because of the rules, but he was acting very rude and provoking all of us. Someone called him useless later and tried to kick him, but I told them he is instance owner. He kept on daring us to kick him and finally left right before the last boss (this after afking in the same spot). I blocked him later, but I’m just glad they are finally patching this (and I say this as a seller also).

Warrior Questions

The nerf to warriors is honestly not as huge a deal as the nerf to Ele’s FGS. You can also argue that the FGS nerf will hurt others as well, especially thieves since they can no longer insta-heal with their signet when using fiery rush against the wall (their improv trait will also suffer). Judging from warrior forum, the GS nerf is not that huge at ~4% dps loss and the meta will most likely not change. The adren nerf is somewhat useless since you already lose adren when not in combat (though slowly) and for PvE it won’t affect at all since you’re always stuck in combat anyway. The only other big thing is the SoR nerf which I feel is unnecessary as it’s the only useful elite skill we have. Overall, this is undoubtedly a huge nerf if you are a soloer, but for groups you won’t see much of a difference.

What armor to buy my thief?

in Players Helping Players

nagr.1593

The OP says he doesn’t do dungeons so its a bit unclear what he’s asking for. People always say thief is one of the highest dps classes for bosses, but what they fail to mention is that it depends a lot whether you can backstab and also on the dps increase with heartseeker when the boss is below 25% health. For bosses which you stack in a corner for (which is basically most of them in dungeons) I notice its hard to backstab, so its less dps and S/P might be better then. But I am still unclear on whether S/P does more damage than say, a zerker war with GS (which is about 10k dps).

Been playing thief for a few months now and I’m still not sure whether D/D is the best option in this case, and what the dps of thief would be without it, using S/P auto and pistol whip instead. So thief might not always be best dps class for bosses, I might be wrong so please correct me if I am.

Got kicked out of party

I was kicked once on a 3rd fractal (got called a noob too) and other time at end of an arah path I was selling. This is just something you are going to have to get used to, don’t bother with reporting because they will do nothing about it. Even if you had all their names and the chat log, you wouldn’t be able to do much. I will just say that I have a block list of about 40 people that I added over many months, most of them have nicknames so I remember why exactly I blocked them.

i.e. this one guy joined my group for tar help in Arah, then tried to kick me at end but a friend told me so I gave him a little less money for his help (he raged at me later and i told him it was more than he deserved). Another guy ran out of stealth early in a CoE run and got the entire party wiped by a champ, wasted more time bcoz we were stuck in combat for a couple min and others couldn’t wp. He said he didn’t care abt the group and that he did fine without stealth and then blamed someone else (even though I saw the revealed debuff on him). There are also those who kicked me or killed the instance near the end of dungeon.. my advise just block them and move on, don’t bother reporting because they get too many complaints like this and won’t do anything about it.

Class to explore and solo the story lines

my bad, didn’t read the OP closely enough. For soloing or exploring, warrior is also a good choice and they have decent mobility to get around (though thief is better for this). I soloed most of open world on my glass ele though (including skill points in higher lvl maps), so if you can do that then really any class will be ok.

Warrior is one of best classes for PVE if you tend to pug a lot, you will literally never need another class. Eles might be better for speedruns but I never use mine for pugs anymore, they are too squishy and get downed a lot. The other classes that have good survivability are guardian and thief, they are the only other ones that are useful.

Guardian is the most like a healer class, warrior/guardian is a solid combo. With guardian boons and heal signet, a warrior is almost unstoppable. Another good combo but mostly underused is mesmer/warrior. In the CoF days, mostly all groups were 1 mes and 4 warrior. There was good synergy with mesmer pulling the mobs and then time warp/reflect, and warriors bursting them down quickly. However it’s a less used combo now and you’re probably better off with warrior/guardian for basically anything.

Help me improve my lvl 80 Warrior?

Your crit chance is really low, which is why you might get really low numbers with HB. it should be around 50% at least and with fury, banner etc. it will be close to 90%. You have all the right traits, but for dps your skills would be FGJ, signet of fury, and disc banner. You might want to keep endure pain soemtimes though, just take it instead of signet. Here is the build for PvE you should look at:
http://www.guildwars2guru.com/topic/83915-axemace-dps-build-for-dungeons-and-fractals-041514/

For the gate controller in CoF you will need to take specific skills just for it, your goal is to burst so you need the right rotation and also some quickness /stability or blind for the pull (same thing with thief actually). Here is a general guide for this (it’s kinda old, but not outdated):

Fractal Capacitor worth the time?

in Players Helping Players

Posted by: nagr.1593

nagr.1593

I don’t think Fractal Capacitor is one of the cheapest backpiece anymore, but most people that get it like the shiny look of the ascended one. The last time I did fotm was months ago, that’s only because I already got everything I needed from it. With a regular lv20 fotm run you get around 50 relics each time (each run takes about an hour or sometimes more), so you could easily get your backpiece in a month. I did fractals for the first few months when I needed ascended, got all the rings for 3 alts as well as 2 ascended backpiece, but stopped around lvl 40 because the groups started being more hostile and a lot more demanding (I usually did fotm for fun, not the grind). I would suggest doing both fractals and dungeons, last time I remember fotm didn’t give you much gold even with all the loot. Once you get all the ascended drops and 20 slot bags you need, it’s up to you whether you want to do high lvl fotm or not.

Sell, Salvage, or Forge?

in Players Helping Players

Posted by: nagr.1593

nagr.1593

If the blues/greens are like 3s or more then I sell on tp, usually to highest bidder. The rest of them you can just sell to vendor (or salvage for MF if u want to instead). The rares I also just sell on tp, maybe I could salvage but doesn’t matter to me. If you are trying to get exotic gear, I would suggest running dungeons and using tokens to buy them rather than from TP (this way you also get some gold and other mats). Also I wouldn’t recommend forge for rares because it’s a waste of gold and you usually don’t get an exotic. Something else to try though, buy exotic gear with tokens and throw them in forge. you won’t lose any gold that way, and sometimes you get lucky—I got a Dusk drop months ago from this.

Which class needs sword the most?

in Players Helping Players

Posted by: nagr.1593

nagr.1593

Sword on a non-condition damage Warrior is a horrible choice.

If talking PvE, its usually not the best choice but for Arah or TA i would make an exception (only offhand I mean). though mainhand also is useful for some skips..

If you are trying to defend the terminal from the risen mobs, here is what you would do:

It should be easier to manage with 2 people. As for randomly losing the Godmode buff, that happens if you step on the rocky terrain, so try to stay away from it.

thief vs warrior: useless?

in Thief

Posted by: nagr.1593

nagr.1593

i mean its single target and its a thief. warrior does not do much less damage and he can attack multiple targets. does that mean thief is useless?

ugh s/p is such a kittenty set doesn’t make fun and damage isn’t that high either. only one useful damage skill for pve and you can’t move … that’s so boring i can’t stand this. thief is supposed to have best mobility but can’t move with with the main multiple target weapon set? really useless

summary:
warrior does more damage (multiple targets)
better support skills for himself (i don’t count bullkitten mechanics when you go behind a wall or somethign and wait for enemies to stack and you doing nothing but auto attack and blackpowder; PROPER FIGHTS WHO ARE ABLE TO MAKE FUN)
is less static as thief
has more weapons who are more useful
is faster with his skills
don’t need invisibility because blocking is op and he’s ridiculously fast

Thief actually are good with multiple targets, S/P is pretty decent. One example is when I defend on the console part for CoE P1, my sword autos on thief one-hit most of those little golems despite not having any might/fury, and it has longer reach. Warriors can still one-hit those, but they need GS and it has a very slow auto. You can also use axe which has a much faster auto and cleave, but I notice I can’t one-hit the golems even with might/fury (near 90% crit..wtf). So I feel S/P is still close dps to what warriors have for multiple targets.

The burst on S/P is usually hard to time, I wish it would be faster because there’s always some delay before you can pistol whip. If you practice with it though, you can dodge most attacks from mobs, and avoid all attacks from Subject Alpha in CoE while still doing damage. As for mobility you can still use 2 on the sword set.. or Steal or Infiltrator Signet.

I will agree with most of your points that warrior have better support skills for himself, but thief have perma blind, projectile block, and stealth (none of which they have) and they cn use it for the whole group. Also while warrior ckittene so many weapons, most of them are crap and you will only be using a few of them. in groups the only ones i use are GS, axe, mace, sword, and warhorn (and bow sometimes if I need to range). I sometimes like to use thief for groups because it is more challenging, and fun to use stealth and backstab. Shortbow 5 can be useful at times, helps you get to places much faster like at the laser part in CoE which is harder otherwise. no other class can teleport like that, or do that part faster than a thief.

I agree, this is very annoying.. they really should remove it but I don’t think it will happen. If you mail more than 2 ppl some gold you also get this error, same thing with trying to sell a path on the LFG after a while. I would suggest have a friend or someone join your group so your post doesn’t get taken down, and then when someone joins they can leave. You can also (this is the only other way I foudn that works) exit the client and relog completely, then wait like 10 mins before posting again.
