I’m sorry, but in PvP there really is no other use for the Greatsword than the “cheesy” way. It just isn’t that great of a weapon against intelligent enemies that can, y’know, take one or two steps back.
Do you even lift, bro?
How can you say that!
They’re my favourite minor race… after Quaggans, of course.
Do you even lift, bro?
I understood what you meant, and my answer remains the same. You could have perma-Blindness on them, but it would just have to be the icon for Blindness that in reality doesn’t do anything.
Do you even lift, bro?
Were they higher level than you? Just one or two levels gives them a massive advantage.
Do you even lift, bro?
The real question is why aren’t Dredge permanently afflicted with Blindness?
This is not influenced by any bias or hatred towards Dredge. At all.
In the same way Daredevil isn’t “afflicted” with Blindness.
Do you even lift, bro?
While there’s all these contradictions, unfortunately, conditions don’t work on “structures.” One of which being the Ice Storm in the snowy fractal.
I think they should change that… Even if it’s silly. As it is, condition stats seem such a waste, compared to going with pure power and critical hits.
As a result it also doesn’t work against Dragons, since for some reason Dragons are Structures and not Creatures.
Do you even lift, bro?
I realize you’re not going to do the same type of damage as Greatsword (mainly due to not stacking Might up the wazoo) but you should be able to do decent damage at the very least.
Do you even lift, bro?
It depends on what you fight. Against normal enemies, i.e not Veterans or anything fancy, it is all about killing them before they kill you at lower levels.
Do you even lift, bro?
Because Warrior has rather easy access to permanent Swiftness?
More like we’re forced to specc into a certain build in order to keep up with everyone else with almost-permanent Swiftness.
It is a bad thing.
Do you even lift, bro?
The same reason you can chill ice elementals, or burn fire elementals. Laziness.
If by laziness you mean balance , then yes.
Do you even lift, bro?
well ogalf, its my personal story so that what it has to do with. if you dont get it i dont really care. that’s why its my personal stroy and not your personal story. golly how droll.
It has nothing to do with anyone’s personal story. Your guild friend’s appearance has no impact on it whatsoever.

They did human armour and everything was an afterthought, or simply thrown in place. The fact that all armour aside from Cultural worn by Sylvari is made of cloth, meanwhile every NPC Sylvari has amazing looking plant armour.
The Charr armour all looks stupid, like 0 effort was put into it, it’s just bigger scaled human armour that doesn’t fit properly. It was very disappointing after seeing Arenanet’s concept art for the Charr, like: http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m78ibrFELK1r21rsxo1_1280.jpg or http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m78ibrFELK1r21rsxo2_1280.jpg
The first rule of any game is not to trust or otherwise get suckered in by concept art.
Do you even lift, bro?
Probably because of WvW; so you can’t disguise your Elementalist as a tanky Guardian by wearing all-Heavy armour.
Do you even lift, bro?
Is it even possible? I currently run a Greatsword build, but I’ve always loved Hammers more. I currently run a Knight’s setup on my armour/weapon, with Ruby accessories.

Anet knows getting Precursors is out of whack and they are planning to let us get it via a non-RNG way.
Should’ve have held your horses, mate.
Do you even lift, bro?
Why would Jormag exclude half the the Norn population by not allowing women to worship him – all because of the action of one woman, Jora…?
Do you even lift, bro?
So I have more TA and AC tokens than I know what to do with. If I buy four of the same weapons, can I toss them into the Mystic Forge for a chance at a Precursor? Or is there some sort of built-in block on dungeon weapons…?
Do you even lift, bro?
You can, but it is a hassle:
a Have another character join the Order you want.
b Buy the pieces you want.
c Transmute them onto a white quality item – this is important, if it is blue or green it won’t work. (transmuting it on a white item makes it Account Bound while higher quality items make it Soul Bound to the character doing the transmuting)
d Put the transmuted piece of armour in the bank and retrieve it with your main for further transmutation

Well, to be fair, the Sons of Svanir aren’t even considered evil in Norn society. They are even allowed to live in Hoelbrak.
Do you even lift, bro?
Where did I say that they would go back to being normal Norns?
They would dissolve, scatter. Not return to their former lives.
They’d remain a roaming nuisance, for sure. But only because most of them are too far gone as Icebrood to ever live another life.

I would go Asura simply because the Cultural medium armor for Asura is very, very Engineer-like.
Fits like a glove.
Do you even lift, bro?
Wow, you fanboys sure are vicious.
They sure are, razor sharp, maybe they would like to explain why wp’s need to be a gold sink, when it’s clearly not necessary (And NO the server economy won’t explode).
You do realize that he doesn’t want to make WP’s free to use – he wants them removed out of the game to force everyone to walk to their destination.
Way to not read anything before replying!
Do you even lift, bro?
Of course they won’t vanish in-game.
But lore-wise, the Sons would definitely be finished if Jormag was killed.
Do you even lift, bro?
I dunno.
Giants are known for being very, very persistent creatures!

Waypoints ruin the game a little in my honest opinion
I wish they simply added mounts with one or two waypoints in each region.
Instead of seeing the beautiful world in GW2, people are simply spending a couple of copper to teleport from point to point.
It’s worse than what world of warcraft did by having a flight point at every quest hub.Or at least add casting time to teleporting to a waypoint, a four second cast with an animation.
Why does it bother you what other people do?
Don’t like Waypoints, don’t use them.
Simple.

It has the same problem as Lich Form: no Conditions!
Class Elite and core mechanic for the Condition class doesn’t have any attacks that reliably inflict Conditions.
wut, Anet, wut…
At least lich form does +700 damage per normal hit and a bunch of good utility. You look pretty bada** as well, unlike Rampage/Elixir X. Umm, you can use plague if you want conditions.
Anyways, the problem is with DS. All class mechanics should be still viable regardless of your build. Guardians/Rangers/Mesmers can forcefully use their CM even if the build doesnt suport it. Necros cant because it is possible that going into DS will give you a disadvantage.
Plague Form is probably one of the worst Elites in the game.
You lose sooo much damage, even if you’re Condition-specced.

I am pretty sure ol’ Forgal wears T3 Chest/Leggings and Vigil Shoulders/Gloves/Boots.
Do you even lift, bro?
For the comment about the Sons of Svanir continuing after Jormag’s defeat – that actually would happen, wouldn’t it? The Sons, largely, aren’t constructs or automatons. They’re Norn who went, “Hey, that Dragon looks tough. Let’s follow him!”. Just because Jormag is dead doesn’t mean they’ll stop acting ‘in his memory’ or hoping he’ll come back to life. There are still shamans of Owl, after all, and she’s been dead a while.
If Jormag gets destroyed, they definitely will scatter and disappear. They’ll go
“Hey, that Dragon wasn’t so tough after all. Leg it!”

Gem Store clothing is Account Bound.

Why do single men always make the whip noise when their bro skips out for a night with his lady?
Do you even lift, bro?
Don’t get me wrong, Conditions are nice as a bonus for Warriors using Swords and Longbows. They are, however, not nice enough to be made the main focus, if you ask me.
Do you even lift, bro?
No thanks.
The fact that I am not allowed to use my helm’s stats underwater is annoying enough. If I lost all of my armour’s stat, I’d never set foot in water again.
Do you even lift, bro?
Are you honestly comparing the two? Really? Now I’m starting to doubt the “willfully” part of my above post…
Do you even lift, bro?
Anyone know what kind of damage the ravens produce?
Decent if you actually hit.
Which you don’t, because as with all Norn forms, attacking roots you in place making it awkward to hit stuff.

Because only a few were actually banned; the worst offenders.
They didn’t do it ten times.
They didn’t do it a hundred times.
They did it thousands of times.
Which, as discussed for the last few pages, is not in any way evidence of intent. It’s how salvaging for profit works.
If you knew that already and were making that point for another reason, then I apologize for missing your point…
Stop being willfully ignorant. You know kitten well that being able to turn 1 Ectoplasm Orb into multiple through Salvaging is not how Salvaging is supposed to work.
It is not meant to multiply Ectoplasm Orbs, for obvious reasons.
Do you even lift, bro?
Anet also states that they take a hard stance against exploiters. So, if this is really an exploit, why are only some of the “exploiters” banned?

You just turned into a human warrior with Barbaric armour on for as long as I can remember.

He should at least apply weakness to everyone when he says “You’re weakness makes me laugh”.
Alternatively it could be a projectile so you could reflect it back. He would then say “My weakness makes me laugh”.
“My weakness makes me cry…”
Do you even lift, bro?
I found power by itself to be lacking in damage. Maybe i did it wrong, or maybe it’s just not great on warriors, but that’s my 2 cents. good luck!
Power itself is weak.
Precision itself is weak.
Like Ying and Yang, you need to balance the two.
Power is a helluva lot more effective than Condition Damage, that’s for sure!
Do you even lift, bro?
Anet handled this pretty poorly.. I feel sorry for you guys that got banned for simply making money.
They were exploiting to make money.

Physical Training- changed into Physical utility skills recharge 20% faster and after you use a physical skill you charge towards your foe afterwards.
That would be hilariously uncontrollable.

Yeah, that’ll happen. NOT.
