I want his face.
“Commander puts the lotion on its skin….”
When it is the daily I simply start a race, dance a little bit in place and get my daily.
Or I fall in the water and get my daily. Or do nothing and get my daily.Awesome?
No skin off my nose. I have maxxed out all the cheevs, so maybe I’ll be joining you.

Sariel I was working from the Wiki. When I checked the item Hint on the collection it does mention the other option of the one in the Fields of Ruin.
Excellent. I touched it up a bit anyways, and also added some notes to the Risen Wizard and Risen Wraith items.
He gained half a percent in crit and crit damage. I doubt his tests would reveal a lot of difference there even if he could crit.
I did most of my poking about with Java. Currently there seems to be a problem with the API’s certificate not being recognized, or some such that I can’t resolve.
In order to interface with the API, you’ll need to look into opening HTTP connections and download a library for managing JSON objects.
You can look at the wiki entry for API to get an idea of the data and link formats you’ll be dealing with. You should use a non-IE browser for this. Chrome and Firefox handle it fine in-browser.

They tend to rotate items, not having to many on gemstore at a given time. I saw another version of Belindas GS for some time ago, datamined, it had like a smokey glow on the blade, this would be nice to have
That version of the skin is used by Marjory in the story.
There’s a possibility that it exists only for Marjory and won’t be released for players.
It’s a bit of an anomaly as most NPC weapons are in the basic-fine range and don’t have assigned stats, whereas the one posted on wiki is ascended and berserker. You can’t buy actual weapons from the gem store, only skins. Its purpose remains a mystery.

I’ve been maintaining the HOPE component pages on the wiki as I have progressed through the collection. I’ll be sure to get this thing updated over the weekend if it isn’t in there.
Fix suggestion: Like gliding, make this stupid skill client side instead of server side.
Played this when it was the daily this past week. My methods for avoiding Lighting Pull still work.
I have this happen pretty frequently at world bosses, Some times I’ll just encounter massive lag. Usually what I get are multiple disconnects. It primarily happens when I’ around a lot of other players, even with culling.
I’ve never ranked on this thing, but I have finished, and I did it without killing the snipers. The updrafts help in getting out of their range.
That still sounds like a bug, but I’m glad it worked out for you I would think the original should do the job. Unless the original collection item didn’t give you a matching trophy in your inventory.

Supposedly the Wraith issue has been fixed, but the quaggan one is definitely still in place.
But who does the voice for Rob Shapiro?
Rob Shapiro, in his most challenging role ever, as….. Rob Shapiro <.<
A moment of enjoying gliding around Divinity’s Reach reminded me that I had yet to choose a glider skin for him.
It just came into my head that perhaps it would be awesome to have a golem-themed glider skin, also! Perhaps a little golem on your back with a propeller or something. That would be so fun!
I was enjoying myself this weekend as The Secret Weapon of the People . The engine even gives a little burst when you jump to help with the illusion.
My issue with Dragon ball is the “autobalancing” system that rips players off one side and sticks them on the losing side.. because the losing side are leaving…
thus leaving all your hard work ruined as your original side wins and you get nothing.
Let’s face it. In most cases, games quickly turn into a full-on rout. Teams start out unbalanced, and once the weak side starts to lose, they shuffle out of home in single-file to their doom, just like in Courtyard. That’s not hard work. Hard work is recovering from a mess like that.
Only way auto-balancing should EVER take players from the opposite side is if the points you score get deducted from the original team and added to your new team.
I like the idea but I don’t think it will prevent hemorrhaging from the losing team.
Silly question, but did you have the egg in your inventory at the time?
How the hell do you get scammed in a trade where you have to confirm?
Pretty easily in GW1, where they had the ability. There were several means. Spend some time and research it.
Is there an Orr event failure blocker limiting the ability to obtain Malchor’s Devotion for the Legendary Howler journey? I’ve spent days of waiting for a chance to “cleanse the Cathedral of Zephyrs”. Thanks in advance if I’m missing something, else is this currently on the list of blockers to be addressed similar to the event chains being addressed for more “popular” legendaries?
the event chain has a two-hour reset, which can be forestalled by a defend event.l
It’s been stated that some of the punishments are as light as 3-6 hours. Assuming the clock starts ticking immediately, the slob might log in after the time period and never know the penalty was levied.
The reason wiki has no mention of this is because this is used for Rodgort, probably the most unpopular legendary next to the aquatic ones. Info on its collections has barely trickled in because no one who is working on it is willing to take the time to submit things about it.
I ‘ve got the page for the item now but there’s no mention of it in the collection write-up. Tracked down what it was used for (Fuel for the Fire), which also isn’t in the collection write-up. Are these actual collection items?

HOPE IV: Icebrood Crystalline Phial. This item requires a failed event. The event runs 10-20 minutes and is easily completed.
Suggested alternative: make it apply to all champ icebrood quaggans. There are plenty available at Claw of Jormag.
Goemm’s chest actually appears elsewhere, but you need to use the generator at Goemm’s position. Legitimate bug.
Obviously you got the Megadestroyer one the proper way. I expect you just didn’t see it :/
I went for those. I bought about 25 of them and got…. drumroll…. 2 orbs and 5 crests. That means, Id have to buy roughly 8000 bag of jewels. With on average 2 being on sale each day, that makes 4000 days timegating and roughly 150000 hot currencies.
Crap. Sorry man, I didn’t think it would be that bum of a steer. :#)
Not sure how they could only partially shut down the quest, but I wouldn’t look for a fix to this. Last year, you absolutely had to feed him his last meal before the end of Wintersday. You could do the JP scavenger hunt afterwards, but not him.
Wasn’t aware of this. That friggin’ blows. I don’t think I’d use any warhorn skin but Super.
It has an answer now. Go check it out
IIRC, it has the new stat selections from HoT, including Viper’s and Trailblazers. Should cover your needs.
I started recording locations of chests I found in Tangled Depths (I know, the one place you’d rather not explore). It seems like there is one near each of the Hero Point challenges, so if you can hitch a ride on an HP train, keep your eyes open.
From wiki:
Hint: With an Empty Hylek Flask in your inventory, mix all four ichors together to create the Ichor Alkahest.
Hint: With an Empty Hylek Flask in your inventory, mix the four spider venoms to create the Arachnid Venom Decanter.
Guess what I don’t see in your inventory. ;D

That raises a potential feature: have something that visibly indicates you’ve reached the cap, so you know when you can start taking it easy.
The whole situation is not helped by trolls who join and leave immediately (apparently I’m NOT allowed to name these people here, because god forbid the perpetrators are offended in some way).
You’re not allowed to name them because it’s way too easy to stir up a lynch mob and sic it on someone that doesn’t deserve it. We’ve only got your say-so and no idea of mitigating circumstances.
Do you know how recently that was changed?
As for the explanation on the error message, I see wildly ridiculous reasons to explain a missing semicolon, so how the JVM is interpreting something may have little to do with the problem as described by a troubleshooting webpage :/ Unfortunately, that brings me no closer to a fix.
(I’m a rambler. Hard to gripe about people going off-topic when I do it myself )
I don’t think that’s your gamma. Might be a bump map overwriting texture memory
I do my skimming via Java. When I tried to connect today, I started receiving a sun.security.validator.validatorexception on every attempted connection. The info I can find on this online suggests that I don’t have the certificate for the server I am contacting. This is strange, since I’ve been connecting to the api server for over a year now and have never had a problem like this. Did you guys or GoDaddy make any changes to it recently?

Apparently Quip is also now a hammer. I assume this is her other weapon from the story instance of Queen’s Jubilee.
The last update seems to have fixed the issue.
I had been playing for about 15 minutes when my computer shut down. After a reboot, I fired up the game again and resumed playing. Soon my game was chugging; I hadn’t really started any programs, so I pulled up Task Manager to see if there was something else running. GW2 was using about twice its normal memory (2,000,000 K vs 800,000 K) and was still growing.
“Goh-lem” is correct, based on the dictionary, the established history of the term, and on standard English pronunciation key. “gall-um” is a brand new pronunciation that likely derives from the popularity of the LotR movies and is not correct as it’s a conflation of two unrelated things.
Not brand new. I was pronouncing it that way all the way back to the late 70s, but the source is related. I was a big fan of Rankin/Bass’ The Hobbit
The only way to remove a transmute skin is to use the Transmutation Splitter. I don’t think these are sold any more. They’ve had some interesting effects on more modern items.
I’m guessing you’re the same person inquiring about it on reddit.
Savacli’s right, the wiki hasn’t really organized that part yet to resemble a guide. That requires someone who is either working on it themselves to do some experimentation and leave some notes, or steal from another guide. Remember, the wiki is maintained by players, and a lot of players don’t really have a desire to make updates. Many of the precursor collections aren’t fully documented yet, much less the individual pieces.
Supposedly, you can get this part if you have your Raven hatched, maybe advanced a stage. It also must be in your inventory.
Well, the average skill level would certainly go up and it can’t be worse population than the exodus that’s happening to WvW.
It’d definitely clean up PvP in a hurry. Queue times might suffer.
On that note, how is the average Joe supposed to figure out that Troll’s Revenge exists? Is he just supposed to get lucky with a few jumps and then assume he can go further?
It’s sort of like the old Trolls End JP. The entrance is the well really wasn’t something you could figure out. You had to be told about it, or you had to stumble into it (perhaps literally).
There were dialogue clues to the entrance, but they were very obscure and proverbial needles in a haystack of dialogue that you’d get from the entire city. This is the price of ‘immersion’. If you don’t want your hand held every step of the way by a collection checklist or an army of NPCs babbling about the secret hideout that no one is supposed to know about, you have to accept the risk that there will be things you can’t discover on your own. Heck, I couldn’t find the way to the Pirate JP in LA without watching a vid, because even with the map markers indicating there was something in the southeast, I couldn’t find the entrance behind the tall grass.
You’re a genius. Gems are available from high-end vendors.

I have a problem to get “Love Driven to Madness” (Bow to the Sculptor’s Memorial) at Malchor’s Leap. It doesn’t works.
Up, still doesn’t works
Quick question. Are you in the right place?
(edit: probably closer to the skill point, but if you’re at the temple, you’re in the wrong place)
and i noticed there was no types of beds
I can see where this is going ….
For once, I agree.
This is really no different than needing to park alts at a jp chest to farm silver doubloons for Juggernaut. In fact, your best solution is the exact same thing – park any lesser-used 80s at a chest and hope for crests and orbs. The main difference is that you have a wider variety of things that fill the bill and you need three times as much. If you really want to be active, harvest cacti in Dry Top.
Instead of just one legendary requiring this horrible farm, all the new legendaries use it too.
