well yes it might not seem that logical, it would nto be fair to heavy and medium armor professions to be force to take 2 crafts to cover both town cloths and their real armor, where light could do that with one. (and btw my main is a mesmer, so using light myself)
And I am sure ANet can find a way to twist our logic so it can seem logical
Shouldn’t restrict it to tailors only though, either make a new separate craft profession for town clothes, or make all the armor professions able to craft it

No, if you cant manage your tools, carrying multiple sets, just use the highest you have access to, like i do, it not like orichalcium tools are THAT expensive anyway

Why not Nels?, your reason is weak, since the rare versions will require your character to be at least the lvl of the dungeon it fits with to wear it, and the exotic requires lvl 80 to wear anyway
Im not sure waht but yes torch NEED to be buffed, i would LOVE to have that blast finisher from the prestige, but that is about the only thing worth anything on the torch, making it kinda bad to actually use

you sure you didn’t just “deposit” it? so it lies at the button of the tab in the bank where all your crafting mats is too?
Be sure to put your mini’s in an invisible bag in your inventory so it wont happen accidentally, when you do a “deposit all collectibles”
the witch hat is a town clothing, not an hat armor piece, and thus you got your town clothing out when you equipped it. you can swap between armor and town clothing at the top of the H window
@Nox: my 2nd time i got 10 ToT Bags (never done it more than 2 times though so dunno if there is other options beside that as well, but you will get something at least)
they just stuffing all the hair up under the hat so you can’t see it, but it s there :P

and FYI by the time I was lvl 80, my personal story was still at about lvl 50-60 or so, so yeah more than enough ways to get xp
even in PvE it is really only ever on the world bosses, with tons of ppl fighting it. In dungeons you usually just can get that many conditions on consistently, and in general open world pve no mobs survive long enough for it…
@Synk: In regard to “feedback” you are mostly but not 100% correct there, an enemy trying to shoot from outside the bubble to someone in the bubble, or evne on the other side of the bubble, will also get his shots reflected, while if both the one shooting and the one getting shot at is both inside it wont reflect anything. IN short it reflect both ways on the actual perimeter of the skill
yeah im using a staff and scepter/pistol myself in dungeons, would love to have that blast finisher from torch/shame it is our own blast finisher, for aoe chaos armor, but the torch just seem so bad it, dont work
ehmm no golga it does NOT, it is an effect of a skill placed by a player on the mob, specaifically i know a warrior skill that gives the mob 10 vulnerabilty stacks have that effect. If there are other skills that have the same effect, i dunno, but it is a good thing
meh feel free, to nerf the weakest of the mesmer elites, useless to use it anyway, time warp is in 99% of situations better anyway
nah what this WOULD do would make the servers with the big WvWvW guilds win even more, and have mr random that are not part of a WvWvW guild, be pretty much useless, as he would have a hard time to find out where he should even go
he could have been stuck in combat that is possible sometimes
Then they’d have to make new skills, in GW1 everyone could use every weapon yes, but they all had to select a few skills that EVERYONE could use. No class in GW2 has the same skills.

This is not my ideia, i saw it in a post as a suggestion to end ‘’fast runs’’ Now i have no problema wtih fast runs, hell i love finishing a dungeon in 15 mins. But all those creatures and bosses you designed go to waste, we just skip them whenever we can, seriously. So why not make it so that every creature in the dungeon drops a token (in addition to the end bonus ) this way people will kill all that you have made to die, and will most likely do more dungeons ( as they will keep doing even after DR ) Any suggestions anyone?
and then ppl would just kill the first 3-4 packs of mob exit the dungeon, regroup and do it again for EVEN faster runs. Though maybe have the end reward based the the amount of total mobs you killed in that dungeon?

click-to-move is bad enough in other MMO’s, and the way combat works in GW2, it would be even worse, it simply would not work
Upgrading to DD through the Gem Store does give the Skill though, right? I would hope it does, otherwise it’d be kind of… you know… not an upgrade.
It does, and tbh it not even that great of a skill (though pretty nice aesthetically), but most classes have better elites themselves. Not that it is absolutely useless, it has it moments where it usefull sure, but it likely wont be your most used skil
Used to be the case in thfirst BWE, however got changed i think it was due to making some very powerfull builds by ppl going like only a few points in every traitline yet picking up the most powerfull traits
Now haven’t really played necro myself, so dunno if it is justified what you ask for, however it is NEVER a good idea to compare a players skills to a NPC’s skill in a 1:1 since you as a player is should be smarter and thus can make use of a less potent skill numberswise, than a similar but stronger NPC skill is used by the NPC

mind if you want to varify anything, you should ask about his keyboard layout? the special character like that is placed VASTLY different on different keyboard layout
Not to mention get aegis (blocks next attack) every 40 sec from one of their virtues and another that get them a health regen (in combat too), and yeah a tons of defensive skills, ogg and sorry to say but this is not like other mmo’s where some classes can just tank and spank for eternity, no matter waht class be it ele or guardian you will have to ACTIVELY dodge enemy hits from time to time
Agreed with OP, some ppl just dont seem to grasp the word “visuals” or or plain out “looks”…
And yeah i also hope expansions wont add more lvl/better stat gear, but just more beautiful looks

IF you are to talk about one elite, you HAVE to see it relativity of the others elites, specially other mesmer elites, since you cant have more than one elite on at a time…

I think tanking and healing would be good to have more of. It could be done without dedicate a profession for it. I think all classes should be able to do it in their own way.

beside, if you add dedicated tanking, you would HAVE to add dedicated healing healing too, since with the amount of healing in this game noone can stand and take ALL the dmg all the time. and yes that INCLUDES guardians even they cant stand toe to toe with a dungeon boss and take all his dmg without dieing
actually he proposed adding LESS (by just having 9 instead of 10 ores in a rich) however i why cant it jsut be made so it do as many “taps” as there is ore in one go, so you dont have to begin mining a rich 3 or 4 times xD

well guess what? damage aint everything in a dungeon. YOU need to be responsible for your OWN life, might be ppl in your group that might be able to help making it easier but they want do it FOR you.
So NO to tank classes, would make the dungeons just as boring as any other generic MMORPG dungeon is
