Usually you get an email every time your ticket is updated. Access to a support account is only interesting for looking at the history of one topic, but it is not necessary to go on with a ticket.
You don’t need a second installation. If you want to switch your account, just change accountname and password.

I did the same for my GW1 accounts. One link for one account.
If they have not answered, there is a sticky for that. Put your ticket number in the “tickets more than 3 days old” thread with some information and ask for a review.
And no, the turnaround time is less than one day currently.
BTW make sure, that there reply is not going to your spam folder.

Today is no healer and no kill variety. Your PC’s system time is off. Check time, date and timezone. Correct it if necessary and start GW2 again.

The trading post is there for a reason. It should provide a safe environment and help stopping scams like the ones done in GW1. If you choose to operate outside that, you are on your own and you know it.
On the other hand, Anet don’t like scammers. So, they are followed and punished anyway.
Wait for the answer. The answering time should be fast currently.
You can make Anet or the game to “remember” the network, then you should only be asked if a new IP range gets into play.
BTW most players have dynamic IP, so most of them change IPs every day.
It is possible to remove the authentification, but it is not advisable. You have to write a support ticket to get it done.
Write a support ticket. See the stickies on that on this page. On top ot this page click “support” and proced with “ask a question”. Check for information on account restoration as well, because that is what you might need after the account is turned over to you again.
BTW change mail and password via that way too.

The maximum of bank tab is 8 and the maximum of bag tab per character is 8 too.
The mailbox being full can be a reason, because it is a private mail too, which is limited to 10. Sadly some special event letters fill the private space as well without showing up in the counter. I once had 7/10 letters and could not receive any letters. Deleting those special event letters helped.
People who bought more than they could use from the special sale by Black Lion Trading should submit a ticket. There have been players who got their money back that way.

There was already a report about the price switching up upon the buying. It was said that it is just a display issue and the charge should be the original lower price. If that is not true, they expect that the buyers will contact support in order to get this straightened out.
So contact support to find out, what happened and what can be done.
I would ask support. Usually I would count such a move back as one part of the rstoration process, but your post don’t say anything about you requesting an account restoration.

When you buy it, you’ll get it from your mail. And if you don’t received the mail, try first delete some mails. There is a maximum of 10 mail which you can keep (heart from event reward aren’t included)
But some letters from special events fill up the mailbox without counting on the counter.

Have you checked your system date, time and timezone? A wrong display usually means, that your PC time is off. The crash might be a secondary problem, which should be handled too.

If paypal is acting like that, maybe Anet should consider dropping paypal as paying method. It seems to cause more trouble, than it will bring results for players or Anet.

Daily kills and daily dodger are tasks for sunday, but we have saturday now. Your PC clock is running wrong. Please adjust it. Check time, date and timezone.

As I have read here and in reddit even Anet people tend to use that kind of external service.
You can control it via the game controls. There should be a gear-wheel showing on the map. Try to access that one, I think it lets you decode what to see.
PS I checked your last screenshot. It could be the eye symbol in the bottom left corner.

Let him check the spam folder. Some email providers put the mails from Anet there.
They have a limit. I’m not sure if you hit that limit. Just write to support, they will help you sort it out and if you ran into a limit, they can be helpfull too.
If you have not done so, write a support ticket.
For writing a ticket, you don’t need to have a support account. Just use any email you have and send the ticket. You will receive answers via this email and you can update by returning the mail. Just make sure that this mail from support won’t go to the spam folder.
Hi guys. For the past few weeks i have been having trouble with my dailies. Everytime i do dailies. 2 of my tasks are always unable to complete and would be stuck at 0%. sometimes i get the daily rewards at 60% and sometimes i dun even get them at all. help me my dailies are always bugged
Have you checked your dailies with the table available from the wiki. If your dailies are not the same, you should check your PC’s time settings: time, date, timezone.
Did you write a support ticket with all the details you have?
Check the security tab for your account on this page. You should see the IP ranges which have accessed your account (here or the game). If there is a range from abroad, I would suggest to delete it immediately.
And get your password changed, especially if there IS a strange IP range.
Check your game account too – once you get in normally. If something is missing, hacking seems to have taken place. I hope it’s just an error with the wrong message.
Qnopsik El Qox has a valid point. Sometimes hackers have access to the email account too. They are able to ask for changes to your account – such like turning off the authenticator. As Anet people have told here, some hackers do just such things.
On the other hand, if the authentication never worked for you, there is nothing to turn off. On this page under the security settings of your account, you can delete any IP range that you like. If there is none, you should be asked to authenticate again.
Usually if a range is said to be ok, the authentification will not be done again for that range.
Aquatic slayer is not one of today’s achievements.

Probably your system date or time is set to be Saturday. The client shows the achievements according the PC’s date and time, but the server gives credit according the real time. Fix your system time, start GW2 again and it should be ok.

Mistakes by players are not refunded so far. If you want to have an answer, write a ticket. The forum is a place to inform other players or to discuss with them. Solving of personal problems is never done on a forum.
In cases like that, he should write a support ticket. Nothing else works. If that has been unanswered for 3 days, you might take the ticket number and some small information in the sticky thread for reviews of all tickets older than 3 days.
If a mail address becomes unusable, you should ask via ticket a change from support. It will not be new to them. I changed an unusable mail address to a new one before, but only support can do so.

I work with servers fickle things but reading the responce from staff it is prob time zone rather than server or incorrect time on pc step outside of time zone will cause the issue too

If they say that it is your PC, it IS your PC. And I have seen the attached screen shot. It is the friday achievement and when he wrote the post, it was still Thursday. So – forget about the server being wrong this time.
We are not talking about what can be, but what IS.
If you heal an NPC and he dies shortly afterward, you won’t get credit for the second heal. I guess there must be a time limit between the first and second heal of a single NPC. Sample: Wayfarer Foothills at the raven station where the skelks kill the warriors all the time.
Anet was clever to end the “kill steal” option of other games, but with the healing achievements you get the “heal steal” instead. No good!
