My bank spans multiple characters, all of whom are female.
As most people can attest to (possibly from finding out the hard way), a girl does not like people looking through her bag, let alone sharing pics on the internet of what is found therein.
Seeing as you stated she has not played for a while (“just recently got back into Guild Wars 2”), perhaps she has the unlocking of the current chapter still queued up in her account pending tasks.
As the pending tasks are tied to the trading post Pick Up tab, having a lot there to pick up could delay the unlocking of the current chapter’s place in the pending task queue.
Have your friend ensure that they empty out anything in their Pick Up tab in the BLTP interface. Doing so should trigger the green star icon (usually above/below the mini-map where daily chests/hearts pop up) to notify of the chapter becoming unlocked for them.
I mentioned this elsewhere, but, until it gets unstuck if it is bugged out again, you can “guest” to another server temporarily to try for a tutorial version on another server where it is not bugged. Others have had to use this method to get around the bugged tutorial boss in the past.
You can only choose two different worlds to guest to in a 24 hour period, so that means there is a limit of 2 chances to find a non-bugged version of the tutorial zone for the next 24 hours (hopefully it would be fixed by that time). :\
I hope this helps you out in the meantime.

People have been discussing this in a thread over in the appropriate sub-forum for such a topic for the last 3 days.
On Windows, there is a mouse option that you can turn on that will make a visible circle appear around your cursor when you press ctrl. Works while in GW2 as well.
I’m not a designer so I can’t speak as to why or why not the mouse cursor is as it is, but this tip just saved me. Thank you, Olba!!
Can you guys share the secret/tip. How do you activate it?
In Windows > Start Menu > Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options tab > At the bottom enable location marker option
Some others were reporting characters unable to load into zones about 4-5 hours ago.
I’m not sure if it is related.
edit
May just ignore what I wrote below this as it seems this recent issue actually is widespread and not related to a local installation problem.

One thing to do that has fixed stuck character issues in the past (and has been recommended to try by ANet techs as well) is to clear the client preferences.
You can clear them either by deleting the local.dat file or by running your client with the “-prefreset” command line argument as both achieve the same result.
May also consider running a “-repair” on your client to see if there is a damaged file that is preventing the zone from loading for you.
Delete the local.dat file
Deleting this file will also cause you to lose your saved game settings (graphics, stored login data, etc.) but may fix the problem. If you rely on your stored login info to log in, make sure you can recall what your login info is as the stored login info is also cleared. The quickest way to do this is to:
- Ensure your game is completely closed.
- Hold your Windows Key and press ‘F’ to open your Windows Search.
- Search for “Local.dat”. 2 files may be found.
- Ignore the “Local.dat” file that is in the game installation folder (if one is found there).
- Delete the “Local.dat” file that resides at:
“C:\Users\YourComputerUserName\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2”- Load up your game normally and see if the character can load properly.
- You will notice that your settings are reverted to default. You should reconfigure your game settings once again to your preference.
or
- Close your game completely.
- Next, make a copy of your Gw2 game shortcut and rename it “GW2 Pref Reset” or to something that you will recognize it for being only for reseting your preferences.
- Now, right-click this “Gw2 Pref Reset” shortcut and click on “Properties”.
- On the “Shortcut” tab look in the “Target:” field, you should see:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2” or wherever you have Guild Wars 2 installed.- After the closing quotation marks in this line put a single space and then add -prefreset
It will look like this but with your GW2 install location:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2” -prefreset- Hit OK after making this change.
- Run this Pref Reset shortcut and see if the character can load properly.
- You will notice that your settings are reverted to default. You should reconfigure your game settings once again to your preference.
- Future startups of your game should use the normal GW2 shortcut as using this one again will reset the preferences every time it is used to start the game.
and
- Close your game completely.
- Next, make a copy of your Gw2 game shortcut and rename it “GW2 Repair” or to something that you will recognize it for being only for running a repair on your GW2 installation.
- Now, right-click this “Gw2 Repair” shortcut and click on “Properties”.
- On the “Shortcut” tab look in the “Target:” field, you should see:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2” or wherever you have Guild Wars 2 installed.- After the closing quotation marks in this line put a single space and then add -repair
It will look like this but with your GW2 install location:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2” -repair- Hit OK after making this change.
- Run this repair shortcut. Your game will run through a repair cycle and fix any damaged files it finds.
- After it runs through, start the game using the normal GW2 game shortcut (not the repair shortcut) and see if your characters can load into the zone properly.

The quickest (and I think best) way is to report your post in that thread via the “Report This Post” flag at the bottom.
In the report message, state that you are the thread creator and you request it to be deleted.
I loved EnB so much. Defined a large time period of my life.
Still play the emulated version now and then.
I don’t think it will work that way for key runners. If it transports them to the home instance it will be the one with the nodes, not the story instance. They would have to leave it then re-enter it from outside. No time savings at all.
I’m not certain if it is the same for everyone, but in the past for me, if I ever had a story step in my home instance then I was required to complete that step in it before I could enter into the basic instance to mine the nodes.
I do not think it is possible to enter into the non-story step racial home instance while a story step is currently active in the home instance.
Again, I’m not certain, but it is possible that the teleportation stone will automatically place you into the story instance of the home instance if the current story step takes place inside of the home instance (based on my own experience with being unable to enter into the non-story version while a story step is active in the instance).
I seem to recall seeing double options to enter Salma when partied up with another person. An option to join the other person when they enter the story instance and under that an option to enter the non story instance Salma. (I approached the door after he did so his option came up and then the second one appeared under it).
I admit I’m not positive, it was some time back and I didn’t have any reason to take special notice. If that person is available to check, I’ll try to do so in a day or two but this thread will probably old by then.
That’s exactly what happens, you can approach the door and shuffle about a bit to get “enter home instance”, instead of the story step.
Ah, thank you. I will try such a shuffle in the future to discover the non-story pop-up if I happen to have a story step active there that I do not wish to do at the time.
The black lion trading post won’t let me sell most of my items anymore like iron ore and lots of green and yellow items i get from dungeons and events. It used to work fine but now all i can sell is new materials and some loot i find in the world from normal mobs. One would think selling crafting materials would at the work but nope.
The Trading post works besides that but I just don’t get the option to sell the items. I send the items to friends to check if they were soulbound in some way but nope it send them without a problem.
Items stored in invisible bags are not listed in the sell screen at merchants or on the TP. They are also not automatically deposited (if they can be) when selecting to Deposit All Collectibles in your bags.
Move them out of invisible bags to be able to sell them.

I think it was intentionally planned to coincide with the much desired Permanent Hairstyle Contract being temporarily reintroduced into black lion chests.
They know people do “key runs” for “free” keys and they’re fine with this practice. However, they also know there would likely be a massive increase in key runs due to the hair contract being in chests for 2 weeks (which there has been).
They probably knew people would most likely either:
People are already really good at doing a key run pretty fast. However, anything that can shorten the time it takes to do a run may be worth it to some, especially if it shaves off several minutes.
As the majority of the steps of the human personal story (most commonly used for key runs) take place in the home instance to where you must hop back and forth between it and another area, picking up this portal stone can shave several minutes off of runs done without it.
So they likely thought people are going to be doing runs en masse for two weeks and that they might as well capitalize on this increase by offering an item that would be of great use to key farmers.
So they win if people buy keys for chests and they also win if those doing the runs for free keys buy gems to get the home instance teleporter to hasten their key runs.
(edited by StinVec.3621)
Well, the 3,500 gold buy order is gone (highest is 2,501 right now) and there are none currently available for sale, though that isn’t to say some have not been listed and bought up right away. It appears none have been outright listed yet.
(edited by StinVec.3621)
Hmm.
Think there will be one posted at 10,000 gold to take advantage of possibly selling it at a very high price before players realize they are dropping in the chests for two weeks and will be able to get it much cheaper soon?
Or perhaps people will just fill those high buy orders before they can be yanked to get what they can for it before they go up in availability.
(edited by StinVec.3621)
Just an FYI, Patch Notes are up, but the patch is not yet up as well. Likely will be soon though since they posted the patch notes.
Patch is live.
Have fun.

I have no problem with mount additions, personally, speed boost-granting or not. I actually like the idea of (more) aesthetic mounts and I don’t really care about movement speed bonuses added to them as long as I can disable the movement speed bonus (I feel we move too quickly as it is on most classes).
If I want to use it I can, if I do not then I will not. No reason others should not have it available to them if they so desire. Other players using them doesn’t hurt me in any way.
Wouldn’t hauling a kite behind you as you run actually cause you to move slower due to drag and resistance instead of causing you to move faster?
The only way I can see a kite as offering a speed boost is if it is in front of the player with a persistent wind blowing into it (ala ‘Wind Catcher’ back item wind gusts) and dragging the player along like a sail on a ship. Perhaps that is how it will be, but having an object in front of your player could be quite obstructive to one’s field of view while on the move.
I’d go so far as to ask that the benefit that minis currently provide (Rune of the Ranger) be removed.
Others seem to be of the same mind in that it has already been reported several times in the bugs forum since it was found to behave that way. Unfortunately, there has been no acknowledgement from ANet of it actually being a bug or unintended behavior, let alone any word of if or when it may be corrected. :\
But I am a cloth user lol.. It’s for my mesmer…Nice character though..
All the principles and elements of dye behavior I mentioned still apply to cloth elements of light armor, even more so, actually, than cloth elements on other armor weights.
Sadly, it is basically trial and error in testing out different dyes that you will need to do on your own due to the reasons I mentioned above. :\
ArenaNet made dyes behave and appear differently across the types of materials, as well as appearing differently on those materials based on your character’s species.
Grape Dye on a metal part of heavy armor being worn by a charr will appear differently than Grape Dye on the same metal part of the same heavy armor that is worn by a human.
Similarly (and another layer of complexity), Grape Dye on cloth elements of heavy armor appear differently than cloth elements on light armor, let alone also being worn by a different species.
Even worse is that Grape Dye on metal elements of torso armor appears different from Grape Dye on the metal elements of the leg armor (even if from the same armor set as the torso). So you cannot even have consistency in appearance across the same material on different pieces of armor.
It’s really quite difficult to match dyes across armor pieces, let alone with a weapon.
Using a dye on one piece/area of armor may seem to match the Tormented purple, but getting areas of other pieces of armor to also match the Tormented purple will more often than not require a different shade of purple.
e.g.
Grape Dye on the metal elements of the torso armor may match, but you would need to use Grape Gum Dye on the metal elements of the legs to match as it appears differently. Then still another shade of purple for other elements.
Colors look differently for everyone, especially when you throw in variations in monitor settings, additional color tweaks, graphics settings, and other elements that change how colors are presented and perceived. So what may look great to you and seem to match may be completely different when viewed by someone else.
Basically, if it looks good to you or seems to match enough for your taste, then go with it as it is sure to appear differently for other people.
Also, here is one of my characters I have the Tormented Sword, Tormented Axe and Tormented Longbow on. I used several shades of purple across the different elements of the different armor pieces to get it to look how I liked. I also mixed in midnight ice and celestial to selectively offset and enhance elements of the shades of purple in combination with the purple of the Tormented weapons.
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/lore/sylvari/Screens-of-your-Sylvari/4075999
You would likely use Midnight Ice and Midnight Purple on metal elements of armor pieces to be close to the shade and sheen of dark metal of the Tormented weapons. The purple appears differently even on the tormented weapons, so it is mostly trial an error to test them out to see which ones work for you in your armor design.

I really want to know what the guild name is now lol.
I am wondering if it is the one that took advantage of the first letter of a word being capitalized so they used this spacing and alternating capitalized/lowercase letters to separate two words – capitalized letters spells a swear word, lowercase letters spells another. They have gotten more ‘creative’ with their inappropriate naming of guilds and characters. Seems like a lot of pointless and wasted effort just to do something inappropriate and potentially offensive. How sad.
My thoughts and observations on this topic (if anyone feels inclined to give it a read):
-Inappropriate guild names not subject to the same restrictions as character names?-
As ANet made it clear that inappropriate character names will not be tolerated and that players could be reported for such behavior (EULA and in-game report option), the lack of an ‘Inappropriate Guild Name’ report option only infers that guild names do not have the same level of restrictions as character names, otherwise there would also be an option to report them as well.
-Add ‘Inappropriate Guild Name’ report option-
There really should have been an ‘Inappropriate Guild Name’ report option in addition to the ‘Inappropriate Character Name’ report option from the very beginning. As there was not, this option should have at least been implemented at some point over the nearly two years the game has been out due to the issue it quickly became and that has steadily grown more problematic.
-Reporting character and guild names as it is now-
Without an option for ‘Inappropriate Guild Name’ in the Report feature in-game, ANet is essentially saying that, while it is discouraged and frowned upon (due to being included in the EULA as something you will not do along with making inappropriate character names), they do not see it as much of an issue compared to inappropriate character names (which does have an in-game report option) and that they will not discipline inappropriate guild names unless other players jump through hoops and manually report it to support through the website.
i.e. -
That is an absurd amount of effort on the part of the player to report something that should already have an in-game option for reporting just as ‘Inappropriate Character Name’ does.
-My other observations- (if you are still reading)
I’ve seen so many guild names that involve ‘kitten ’ (sex against their will), sexual organs and body parts, child abuse (burning orphanages down among others), and other wholly inappropriate guild names that primarily include the common use of swear words and violent acts and statements. Having to follow the steps listed above to manually file a complaint on the offending guild is quite the hassle and time consuming task to be placed onto the player just to report such basic and common inappropriate behavior.
People have long taken advantage of the fact that they can give their guild as offensive or inappropriate a name as they want with very little chance of ever getting reprimanded or punished for it. I completely loathe such people who name their guilds in outrageously inappropriate names, not only for the obvious reason of the name being offensive and inappropriate, but also for their taking advantage of ANet’s lack of foresight and/or effort to include such a report option especially (and confusingly) because they had the foresight and went through the effort to include one for ‘Inappropriate Character Name’.

Well, it seems that the repair did not help solve my problem. I am getting the same error and crash, though I think I narrowed it down to what is causing it and why it is only once in a while.

sphereRadius = -1.#IND00, boxExtent = (-1.#IND00, -1.#IND00, -1.#IND00)
Considering it mentions “aura” and “sphereRadius”, I believe it is a problem with the sun being rendered in the sky or an effect changing the moon into the sun (as they’re the same object I believe).
Then again, there is mention of “projectile effect for skill” in the crash log. When I experienced the earlier crashes I was using the Cobalt greatsword skin at the time. With my most recent crashes I have been using the Zenith achievement greatsword skin…so it does not seem to be related to the weapon skin effects having an issue.
However, as I have only experienced these crashes suddenly and they coincide with my playing a new sylvari character with a glow color I’ve not used before, it could be related to their glow transitioning to being disabled due to it turning to daytime and not the current weapon causing the problem.
Just trying to make sense of it, but not finding anything conclusive. I’ve done other checks related to system component temperature and driver cleaning and reinstallation among other things, but I have not been able to get rid of this issue of crashing when it turns from night to day in-game.

Here’s a good visual of their location in Lion’s Arch from the GW2 Wiki.

In addition to other issues noted (for quite a long time now too), I really want:
This would also mean ‘Nickname’ would not overwrite the Display/Account name as requested by others.
I know people mainly by the nicknames I give them instead of by their display/account names or one or more of their dozen+ character names.
Being unable to sort by their nickname and being forced to sort by the current character’s name that they happen to be playing on is silly.

Tried the repair and delete cache method, still cant fix it. Any other options?
As you’ve already cleared your game cache and ran repair, perhaps also:
1) Try ensuring you are Running As Administrator
2) If you recently starting using any new programs like Mumble or MSI Afterburner, these programs seem to have an overlay aspect to them that interferes with the trading post’s functionality. Perhaps disable them while playing GW2 if this is the case.
3) Check your Control Panel > Internet Options > Connection settings and make sure to disable any Proxy Setting that may be enabled there. (unless your connection explicitly requires a proxy set to connect to the internet)
Proxy Check/Disable
In your Windows Control Panel via your Start Menu:
4) Check your Anti-virus and Firewall to make sure they are not blocking the awesomium_process.exe (the trading post) from running? Can also try manually white-listing the program so it will not be restricted from accessing the internet.

This may be stated somewhere in that tips thread Yargesh linked to you, but if armor appearances are at all important to whether you enjoy a class or not, then Argos-Soft.net is a good place to see what armors are available to the different weight types, as well as weapons.
You can also browse and preview all available armor weight types and weapon appearances at your bank in any main racial city by going to the Wardrobe tab of the bank.
Also, keep in mind that each class currently has only specific weapons available for them that they are able to wield. Consider trying out each of the different classes to see how each plays with the skills available for the ranged/melee weapon options available to them to see what you enjoy most. Take your time and enjoy experimenting with each class and weapon combination to see what you enjoy most.

As Highchu stated, transmuting a cultural skin onto it will add that species to the equip requirements for that item, thus a character of a different species cannot equip it due to not meeting all of the requirements imposed on the item (level, weight, species, etc).
You would need to first transmute a different skin onto the item to remove that cultural requirement for a different species to be able to equip it.
My LOD setting has never (nearly two years now) made any difference no matter what I have it set to. It does seem to always stay on low, as you have observed, for me as well. It is quite distracting seeing a line not very far ahead of my character where I can literally see the transition to higher detail.
The only way I can see it as not being broken is if the distance for ‘Ultra’ is 5 feet ahead of us and the lower settings are a barely noticeable smidge closer.
Both sigils are active no matter which skill is being used.
If you have a sigil of fire on mainhand dagger and a sigil of air on the offhand dagger, and even if you only attack with skill 1, both the air sigil and the fire sigil have their respective chances to activate on each strike. It’s also extra nice to get both to fire off at the same time on a single attack, which happens frequently for me.
You do not need to use skills 4 or 5 to potentially activate the air sigil that is on the offhand dagger.

According to the wiki, it was “confirmed to have been restored to the game as of 3/24/2014.”
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Pipe_Organ#Ebonhawke_Pipe_Organ
Are you reporting that the reimplemented organ is non-functional?
I’ve only encountered 2 or 3 crashes since the game released with playing almost every day, but in the last hour I’ve had 3 crashes in Metrica Province with the message to send ArenaNet the error report.
I’ve never had to run -repair in the past, but I finally decided to run it to see if something happened to my files and now I see I’m not really alone in encountering sudden crashes. Hopefully it’ll all be fine tomorrow.
Can you check my response to another recent report of this subsample character texture issue please.

Short story even shorter – likely your AMD drivers (usually caused by new beta drivers).
Uninstall your graphics drivers and install the latest officially released version (not beta).
There are almost a thousand of them for sale on the TP (though at a far more expensive price than I personally am willing to spend for such a buff).
You should have no problem purchasing them.
One can dream.
This design oversight continues to make me sad.
I have 15 orange tabby cats because when the game first came out I wanted to test whether I could get more than 1 and somehow decided the first 14 weren’t proof.
Someone in my guild has a screenshot of about 5 stacks of them in their bank.
I like using them (or the other HoM minis) on temporary characters. It doesn’t feel right to not have a mini with me but I always worry that I’ll accidentally forget to deposit it when deleting the character, even though I always check about 5 times for anything valuable.
Incidentally you don’t need to hold alt to remove just 1. I’m not sure why, you do with most collectables but with the minis it only removed 1 at a time.
On any other mini I noticed you didn’t need to hold alt to remove just one, but with the orange tabby cat I found I had to hold alt otherwise the entire stack gets withdrawn and individually placed into my inventory as they don’t stack there like they do in the collections. :\ Maybe it’s just me. Having to manually shove 20+ cats back into the collections gets old fast when I forget to hold alt when I grab one. :P
(edited by StinVec.3621)
I’ve suggested a mini-pet slot many times. At this point, I’d like to see soulbound minis (like the orange tabby kitten) account bound so we don’t have to carry a copy on every character :P
As have I. At this point I think that a mini-pet slot has been requested almost as many times as mounts have. lol
Also just to note, though the Orange Tabby Cat (HoM reward) does become soulbound once it is in your inventory, depositing it to your collections makes it account bound again and can be withdrawn by another character. Their being Soulbound on Acquire is pretty pointless due to this behavior.
Also, since they stack in the collections tab in your bank, you can keep multiple Orange Tabby Cat in your collections tab to always have a supply of them for other characters. Be sure to hold ALT and drag one out to your inventory to remove just one from the stack instead of dragging the whole stack into your inventory. I Think I had almost 30 in my collections at one point for no other reason than because I could.

It was a very good tool for quickly discovering the many possibilities available to us for creating a character.
It is a shame that the character creator took a step backward. I honestly cannot recall the last rpg I played that did not have a randomize button on the character creator. It was quite saddening to find that we had to mess around for an hour manually changing each face/hair/pattern/tattoo and other elements in each possible color, and then mess with each slider individually to get a different effect to end up with something we like.
I have always liked the randomize button for character creation found in pretty much all other mmogs/rpgs (GW1 especially). I really liked flipping through random combinations until something caught my eye as being interesting or a combination I hadn’t thought of or already tried. I would then tweak the randomized character to give it my personal touch and get it to look how I would like while retaining the base combination of randomized elements that caught my eye in the first place.

I would very much appreciate the addition of a 2k skin achievement with title and a 3k skin achievement with title for the same reasons you have cited for losing interest in further unlocking skins.

I like all of the changes you propose and they would all impact my gameplay experience positively.
Very well done on the mock-up as well.
As a note to ANet regarding potential UI changes in the future:
Changing an aspect of the game to be very different from what players have grown used to and/or enjoyed it being for quite a long time is very undesirable and I find such behavior to be quite disrespectful to the playerbase (human female running animation anyone?).
Because of this observation I would prefer any large style changes to the UI to be made optional instead of replacing the current one and forcing all to use a new layout style.
As many players may like the current UI and may not be interested in some or all potential changes, offering selectable UI layout styles (current, this one, others) would be very much appreciated.
I hate them also.
As a tip, you can interrupt the enemy that is casting them so they stop their persistent eating away at your heels. That has been my experience anyway. Once I see the roots pop up and eat at me I interrupt the big flower looking thrasher and they immediately go away.
Simply put. every tab in my Black Lion Trading Post is blank. I’ve relogged, changed characters, changed maps, reset my router, feed my cat, took out the trash … I even came up with a way to combat world hunger but, I can’t load a single thing in my BLTP … HELP!!!
Have you already cleared your temporary GW2 game cache files?
If not, I have a step-by-step on how to do so here that is the most common resolution to the issue.

The usage of spoiler tags on thread titles has been steadily increasing (thankfully) due to the sticky request made by CC Danicia back in the Escape From LA release.
CC Danicia
Community CoordinatorGreetings all!
If you could be so kind, when talking about this release, please use spoiler tags for your titles and within your posts, so as not to spoil the content or the ending for anyone. We would greatly appreciate it!
Also, if you find bugs, please submit them to the Game Bugs forum.
Thank you!
Unfortunately the behavior of using in-post spoiler bars have not been as adopted as adding ‘spoiler’ to thread titles. This could be due to either disinterest in spending the time to add them, ambiguity on what may or may not be a spoiler, or simply being unaware of the method of adding them via reading the posting ‘Hints’ link in the ‘More posting & formatting options…’ posting screen.
Adding ‘spoiler’ to the thread title is, as Illconceived Was Na.9781 pointed out, a good thing to include just in case there are or may be potential spoilers included in the thread discussion.
To some, discussing On Swift Wings being bugged may include what can be considered a potential spoiler for that achievement or section of the story. However, that bug discussion should have been taking place in the Bugs forum as per logic and the additional sticky request made in this sub-forum; Reminder: Game Bugs.
Personally, I wish more would use in-post spoiler tags in addition to including it in the thread title. However, there are also people who include the actual spoiler in the title of the thread! I didn’t even bother entering into the LW or Entanglement sub-forums until after I finished the story simply because many people do not know how to title a thread without including the actual spoiler in its name; sort of like not a real spoiler"thing that happens -SPOILER-". Like, gee, thanks for adding -spoiler- after giving the spoiler in the title.
Honestly, I think that the ‘bug report’ and ‘spoiler’ sticky reminders should be mandatory for each story sub-forum when it is created.

That is a real great idea.
I hope you have a lot of fun exploring the game and taking it in as you experience it.
Blade shards are not utterly worthless though. They may be worthless to you, but something being worthless to you does not automatically mean it is worthless to everyone else.
The conversion is a choice to save time at the expense of more coin.
Either spend a lot of time farming blade shards for the items you want, or buy the sprockets and convert them over to blade shards.Re-read what they wrote.
And? I still see that is says blade shards are “utterly worthless”. I pointed out the fact that they are not.
Why is there a recipe to convert 50 watchwork sprockets, which actually have value, to 10 utterly worthless blade shards, but not vice versa?
