Please let us know if this is still happening. Which transform exactly? Were you in/out of combat at the time? Right after combat? What graphic settings were used at the time? Is this 100% of time when transformed? Any additional information that may help is appreciated.

Crashes and Crash Reports
As a general rule, do not submit crash reports in the Game Bugs forum. Instead, when the crash report dialogue box comes up after your crash, please fill it out with any relevant details (i.e. what world you’re on, what profession you’re playing, what actions you were taking prior to the crash, etc.). These reports go directly to our programmers and help them identify what’s causing the issue. Most of the time, these crashes will be fixed for the next build before it’s even reported on the forums; that’s how fast our programmers are working!
If you think you may be encountering a crash that is not gameplay related, then please post in the Tech Support forum.
Hi. There are many factors that can cause problems with the Trading Post and/or Gem Store. In order to diagnose your specific problem, we’ll need you to submit a customer support ticket, please. Also, please include any relevant information, such as your operating system, your PC specs, and firewall info.
We’re sorry that you’re experiencing this issue and hope we can help you.
Before you submit your ticket, you can try clearing your cache. To do this, you will want to close GW2 and:
1. Click the Windows start button.
2. Search for temp
3. Find any gw2cache folders and delete them.
Relaunch the game.
I hope this fixes it for you, but if it doesn’t, please follow my initial instructions.
Please give us which tool exactly you were using, where it happened, and what node you were harvesting. Also, knowing whether in/out of combat is useful.

You computer crashes? Does this only happen with fire? Is this seen mostly in WvW?

It is able to be completed without seeing the missing pattern?
If this is still happening, please describe issue/what step is not working and attach screenshot. Server is very helpful too. If only one torch is lit and only one pattern appears, is there anything that you can think of that caused that to happen? For example, did 2 Tears get placed on same platform/or at same time? Was there only one pattern visible before the first torch was lit?

Is this for Light, Medium, and Heavy armor? Has the armor been transmuted?
I see this only on Med chest, leg, and foot armor. PvP as well. This the case?

Can you please attach a video link? We are not seeing an issue on Priestess or Champion Risen Wraith. The Wraith has that area attack that will damage over time, but player can stop damage by leaving effect area.
