You didn’t buy these through the gem store, so it would probably be a bit disingenuous to ask for gems to replace them. They were given to you free of charge, and you have the ability to replace them yourself. You can even create a character and level it up to the level 10 personal story-delete-and repeat for Black Lion chest keys. =)

I got the world completion but I am still missing 1 poi on my character. I got the chantry of secrets but for the life of me can not figure out what this last poi is. Anyone have any ideas. Scrolling over the map I have not seen anything I have missed.

I read in the patch notes that Anet reduced the amount of achievements needed for the shatterer wings to “8” … yet i just completed 8 of them and didn’t get anything. did they simply forget to program this or something ? xD
The patch notes also mention Dragon Ball achievements do not count. Do you have any of those?
Also, if you peruse the Dev notes, they mention working on a bug with Dragon Bash achievements, so maybe that’s it. =)
Gee, the first thing that came to mind for me was Out of Character, and I don’t even RP (Role Play) much, if ever. Lol. (Laugh out loud.)
I wouldn’t mind seeing Nick return. Heck, it doesn’t even have to be as far away as an expansion. It would be great if he gave the odd rare item….special mini, precursor, something new…..

i just completed the dragon ball achievement but it did’nt come up. When i checked it was saying that i had done 6 of the dragon bash achievements so far but when i counted how many i had completed i had done 8(yes i can count to 10). please help.

Kills in Dragon Ball no longer progress daily PvP achievements.
Reducing “The Dragon Bash Experience” meta-achievement required total number from 10 down to 8. The Dragon Ball Achievements do not count towards its completion.

I like playing the game. I enjoy all the new content that is released so often. I have fun anticipating and receiving cool drops to outfit my characters with. I am a Guild Wars fan. =)
The last few days I’ve been kicked out of the game about every hour. There is no place or event that it occurs during, it just happens about every hour. I get an error message that says the “The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server.” Every time this happens the screen goes black and I have to exit to my desktop in order to shut down the game and then log back in. There is never any trouble logging in or downloading the latest updates, but after about an hour or so of gameplay, the same thing happens. Is this something to do with my computer, game server, etc? Thanks.

It is merely two words put together, very similar to the majority of the population on this game. If you check the definition for astral, I think that’s quite inappropriate, assuming that’s how one judges a definition these days….

As my name isn’t suggesting I’m doing the action, I don’t see the issue.
You may not see the issue, but likely you will need to rename all your characters, as well as change your display name. Some find it offensive.
I would like to change my current email associated with this game to my current email. As i do not like or use the one associated with my guild wars 2 account. The current email is also full of spam. I did email ANET about this but all they did was give me a automated message that had nothing do with my issue.
If you update your ticket, and explain that you wish to change your email address, Customer Support will assist you. Good luck. =)

If I would delete all my characters, would I be eligible for a free transfer seeing as there would be nothing to transfer over hence no cost? I am currently stuck on a EU server and I can’t login or play there because the lag is very very terrible. I can only get to character screen! Not log in to the actual gameplay.
Lol, you could have just asked this in your previous thread.
Yes, you can transfer to any server at no cost if you delete all your characters. Be sure to place all non-soulbound items in the bank, as your bank will transfer with you. Good luck. =)
p.s. You might want to guest around first, so that you can choose a server you are pleased with.

My main issue was that the time I was able to use the free transfer, I had finally had my PC up and running again and Arena Net has no way for me to server transfer off the game via website around Jan 2013. Here is my little story and hopefully I can get some real help here because the ticket support people were very rude to me and even called me by my wrong name, thinking I was someone else they were speaking to and I believe they were reading another ticket while reading mine and thought me to be another person. After that, I have 0 faith in the previous support staff I had spoken to…
Well I remember when the transfers were free and I was downloading the game unable to transfer from the website. I even wrote a support ticket if they could do a extension because we all don’t own super T1 internet! I was greeted with hostility and rudeness. The reason I was re-downloading the game is because I had purchased a new PC and I could not play the game or anything on my old -dead- PC. So I only really had access to web based applications. I even showed them my receipt for my new pc I had purchased on the date near the free transfer end. They tell me they can not make any exceptions what-so-ever to me, yet I find similar people whom have had the same bad luck get a free transfer after the free service has ended. I feel that Guild Wars 2 has taken a money hungry approach towards gaming and could care less about the community. I do not have much money and what I did have I had to save up and still to this day I am paying for my PC still that I had purchased in Jan of 2013! I have had problems in other games such as from the company SOE, and they always help me out with any problems I may have and never charge me for help or if it is a paid service, they sometimes make an exception. I am now stuck on a EU server, I had no prior notice that I would not be able to play on a new server once I had chosen one to start/play on (I was playing with a EU friend who now no longer plays on GW2, and still I requested a transfer during the free transfer period to a US ANY US server and still got nasty reply’s from GW2 CSR.) I really would like to see what the community thinks of my prior misfortune with Guild Wars 2 support.
I have not been able to log-in nor play on the current server I am locked to because of my bad internet. If anyone can help me I would be very very happy!

Perhaps, you could have used a friend or relative’s computer to transfer your account during the free transfer time period. It would not be conducive to the health of the game to grant free transfers to everyone who said they couldn’t afford it, or their computer wasn’t capable, or whatever the excuse/reason, as everyone would just say something to that effect, and expect to be transferred at no cost.

I use the Super Long Bow. That skin is supposed to make a return…later…if it is too expensive now, or even still available on the TP. Not sure what your tastes are, though.

I don’t think what you have heard is true, though. Magic Find is effective at whatever percentage, just less so or more so depending on the percentage. It doesn’t just start working at 100%, or 200%, or 400%. Having 100% is twice as good as 50%, that’s true; but, having 200% is twice as good as 100%, as well. =)
Sounds like it works for both kinds of people, then. Those wanting to just play for fun, and those that expect more of a challenge. =)

Yes, the blog was removed some time ago. Devs posted recently, though, that it is soon to make a return.
I just play for the fun, the adventure, the exploration. Loot is great, but secondary. =)
As for the phrase ‘play the way you want’ in Guild Wars 2, I will take the developers at their word for what it means. Works for me!

well I tried making a ticket and I felt liek being awnsered by a machine the person did not understand my situation, because I tried changing my email several times and it keeps saying error or its in use.
You can’t manually change your email for Guild Wars2, only your password which would give the error ‘in use’. Contacting Customer Support and asking for assistance is the only way you can change your Guild Wars2 email address. You may update your original ticket and again, ask for assistance with changing the email address associated with your GW2 account. Good luck. =)

Whenever I go to buy gems on GW2 with a new credit card, I type in all my info, hit next, and it does not let me confirm my order. I don’t know why. It just makes confirm unclickable and I can’t do it.

I bought a new computer, and now I need to re-enter my account.
I know my username and email, but I forgot my password, and when I click ‘forgot password’ i need my Serial Code, I already searched in my email but didn’t found (atleast I think I didn’t). I have 2 e-mails about the game one ‘Thanks for registering’ and one ‘Active your Guild-Wars account’. But i don’t know where the serial code is

You are able to log onto the forums, so your password must be saved in your browser. If you check your browser tools, you should find your password. =)
Also, if you bought your account from ArenaNet online, your serial key is in the email titled ‘Thanks for purchasing Guild Wars 2’.

I have completed both Dragon Ball events and have not received credit for them in my achievements. I heard rumors they would not count which if true is upsetting. The Crab toss counted in South sun… How can this not? Please let me know if this is a bug or a true rumor. Thank you.

I have one toon that completed my story including the dungeon.
The first dozen my story achievements in the hero panel show not completed while the rest are completed.
Am I missing something?
Different races have their own story achievements. Is this what you are referring to?

They are supposed to be turned into rewards, something like laurels, at some time in the future. When..of if, actually?…no one knows, for sure.

The two co-founders of ArenaNet, Patrick Wyatt and Jeff Strain, that left moved to NCSoft West in 2008 (which they subsequently left, as well). Mike O’Brien is still with us. =) That was long before Guild Wars 2 was released, and has had little impact on the game now, I believe. NCSoft has owned ArenaNet since 2002, and Guild Wars did quite well, considering.
Some people have found that visiting, or re-visiting the Chantry of Secrets gave them the missing area needed for World Completion.

So what should I do? i found a thread that was suggesting i should just buy the game as normally and afterwards when i get the information like serial key and such i could just forward it to my friend? Is that true? And does it work?
Yes, that is true, and that does work.
Your friend needs to make the account himself with the provided serial key. You can purchase the game, and when you receive the key, just forward it on to him, so he can make the account. Tell him to keep the key in a safe place, should he need it later to reset his account, since he won’t have the purchasing information.

I don’t use the guide. If you are saying you need a guide to participate in the Dragon Bash content, so far, that seems a bit sad.
The great thing about this game is: If you don’t enjoy what’s offered in a particular area, you can go elsewhere. Actually, that is true for any game. It’s a game; if you aren’t having fun in/with a game or a particular part of a game, why play?
Dulfy has a list sorted by easiest to most difficult.
