Mindless blobs die extremely quickly when they come up against an organised group of at least 25 people with smaller numbers already. I don’t think it should be anyone’s objective to put in arbitrary restrictions to ensure that an unskilled large group dies to an unskilled small group.

Unskilled groups should die and stack discipline is one of the organisational skills that makes that happen.

my server is in tier 3 atm and we had queues on all borders primetime on the weekends(13 minimal to 64 max on EB) and during the week usually 1 or 2 BL with queue when primetime starts. (EB has allways a queue in the evening so i wont count that)

Lol for that you don’t play very well against us, we have much less. We mostly had EB and 1 border usually home queue during weekend, around 20 at eb, around 5 at border

Personally I have massive respect to most of the guilds in FSP and Gandara, and I know for sure that these guilds wouldn’t take advantage of these idiots hacking. (Never seen them taking advantage of it when they were facing us anyway).
But can someone explain to me why FSP are so frustrated and are going crazy to get 2nd place this week since you are GUARANTEED 2nd place (either with League points only, or with Glicko leaderboards)

nah its just the vocal minority thats so loud that it might look we are all insane.

in theory GH could overtake FSP by winning this week and FSP placing 3rd.
and since Gandara isnt trying that hard anymore since they allready won, it is still a possibility that we need to take in account.

saying gandara won by only doubleteamed is just silly, gandara has been the strongest in silver league by far, prolly mid gold range.
having fought against gandara probably 7/9 weeks i did have the feeling the hackershennanigans, which 99% of us cant do anything about and WILL NOT ABUSE, have been such a negative influence that they forget that we have 99% of the people that worked day and night to get to second place, and that hearing we do not deserve second place just because of a few stupid hackers (which every server has, ours just isnt been caught yet) really stings.
Gunnars has been a formidable foe this week so far and shows that it can compete in tier 1 from silver league. HOWEVER: they are at the same point total of FSP/PS/AM while only once being in tier 1, while the forementioned have been rotating the past 8 weeks.
im NOT blaming this on gunnars, im blaming it on anets stupid scoringsystem.

on the last day Abbadon was opening our towers on our BL and then moving on to let Gandara cap.
which was in their best interrest aswell for us to place second, and that it was most likely unplanned.
it DID happen however.

the FSP post was just an example i assume, the better example in this case is Drakkar vs RoF.
all in all this system is beyond bad.
and ofc course the 99% of the fair FSP players need to get banned together with the 1% hackabusers, because reasons and kitten.

If you don’t like that kind of gameplay, mebbe you should sort out AoA. 50+ chasing our 10 around the map. In the end we just waypointed whenever we saw them, because there’s no point. Not like there was even a need for that blob, there was only our 10, and TDA’s 10 on the map, nobody else. And we weren’t even running together. The one time we did join forces, AoA had to go change their soiled underwear in Lake.

AoA running around in blobs has nothing to do with me, but you also having experience with zergs over triple your own teams size having to come to wipe just proves my point that it happens and is rediculous, and i cant see the fun in it.

yup FR spawncamping us with 4 guildzergs on AM border (50+), and AM not ‘able’ to take back their own bay.
seems legit.

no i wont keep them out, i want to know when others from my server hack aswell, so i can keep my eyes open.
and i have no other means to contact anyone from the FR server.

like i said, neither do we, but you will find the game more fun and challenging when you play around with like 10 friends instead of only triggering 1 skill in the blob.
also most of our guildteams run without tag, so they dont attract the randoms.

we are 8 ppl only, there is no excuse for small guilds to not run some striketeams

both AM and FR wont see many of our guildgroups fighting anything.
the blobbage on all 3 servers is rediculous, and i know some other guilds on FSP think the same, and im sure some on the other 2 servers have the same aswell, but havent seen much or any of those running between 10-20

GUM had an awesome evening yesterday where we went with just 6 ppl on gandara BL.
got into hills 3 times.
second time we had a great scrim vs about 10-15 defenders where we had no choice but to turtle up.
in the end we got pushed out/off due to my mistake of leading my group to close to a cliff :P
would like to thank those for giving us some nice training

60-70 blobs all the time, and scouts literally everywhere :O soooo annoying are you guys, you go down if you get sneezed at, but then another 10 come over the corpse… We only managed to take T3 Hills this time, but it’s early afternoon, hopefully primetime can bring something better – although we were rolling your zergs with 26 [WvW] plus 5 or so pugs, no way we can fight you with so many people, and even when we were forced to blob up we couldn’t take your T3 keeps, your defense is admirable and coverage scary; in short, T3 server material

must have seen lots of mesmers with clones, because since we left T1, i have never EVER seen us running with a zerg over 50, especially not defending.

From what i hear we had very little online as well. only 3 guys in EB who nearly took SM lol.

first off this isnt about just my server, and yes i do think ppl from my server would have done the same, but that doesnt mean its not an unfair advantage.
in those 3 hours or so we lost 3K point to both DL and GH which in our matchup isnt such a big deal.
but now look at the tier below us, if the same happened it could mean losing the matchup.
any unfair advantage to any server should be removed straight away.

why?
i came back in the game and found my server far shiverpeaks having only +60 potential points, being stripped of 3 fully upgraded keeps.
we had no way to defend ourselves due to this time is where we have the least people online and we need to switch around maps to help eachother.
so if this bug happens again, make sure you at least kick EVERYONE in wvw out of the game.
if this screwup costs us, or any other server the match, you can bet the ppl will get kitten
so once again, good going anet!

finally came back in the game to find FSP on +60

there were 4 people from RoP at the scene and i asked them for their leader and or officer and they only had witty remarks.
i tried getting in contact with either but they clearly did not have the intention to cooperate, hence why u had to hear this on the forums instead.
