Carrots and Slabs of Poultry meat have more than doubled in price recently. Rosemary Sprig is starting to climb. Interestingly Bowl of Herbed Poultry Stock is currently selling for less than the materials to make it.
So that’s why Carrots have jumped to a crazy 20+c price… Why all this interest in the Lemongrass dish though? What’s it being used for?

You should know by now that there are ZERO multiple use skins. That’s why there are those transmutation stones >.> But I do understand the mistake of the tooltip. But I do believe there is the “disposable” tag somewhere in the item as well?

Your post still does not address how bad this idea is. Granted, in tier 1 or 2, this isn’t such a bad thing as we have the populations to tag all the siege most of the time, but on tier 3 or less servers where there are only a handful of people on over night, ALL the siege in towers will despawn. I can see the morning guilds fleeing WvW in droves as the first thing they will have to do when they log in is replace ALL siege in EVERY tower/keep. This will get expensive quick. Bad idea all around.
It’s interesting to note that this is how it works before. Sieges (except for rams which have ridiculous staying time) apart from trebs and golems all have a general life of 30min. Golems and trebs have 10min. That’s why people usually call out the server time whenever they tick siege, to help other people know when to go there to tick or not. Now, they just made something invisible, visible.
oh! Mesmer GS #2 is also now unblockable.
This is a great temporary dungeon. If this were to be made permanent, it’ll be waaaay too easy.
Many current dungeons are easier than this one. Difficulty-wise it falls somewhere in the middle.
They are only easier because you’ve done them multiple times already. Try doing this dungeon 5x a day (for all 5 char slots) for the next few days, then tell me how bored you are of the now-cute-then-cheesy box dodge thingy.
Guys guys guys, it’s like the twister fries of Mcdonalds (at least in the Philippines). Everyone loves them, but if you make them permanent, sales will dip because people can “just buy them whenever”. But if they appear on and off again for a certain time period, people will “upgrade regular fries into twister fries because they might be gone a few days after”. Limited content makes it more enjoyable.
Treb shots/siege shots, engineer’s glue shot, there are quite a few more but that’s all I can think of atm.

would be nice if the ac deals 5% more damage for each enemy hit, up to the 80% damage increase instead. Gives smaller groups breathing room to deal with AC while fulfilling its main function as a zerg-buster.
download speed is quite fast tho. im clocking at 1.30MB/s (not Mbps) atm.
If it’s your first char, I’d recommend against it. Vit or tough is most ideal for leveling as it allows you to do hearts with a much higher level than yours better than most other prefixes (which is why tough/vit stuff is much more expensive than power/prec stuff). If it’s an alt, I’d say go for it. Certainly cheaper gear :p HOwever, don’t expect the loot drop to be that much better. For it to be even marginably noticeable, you’ll need to be in full MF gear amounting to a grand total of… (18% from armor + 60% from runes + 36% from trinkets + 3% from weapon + 15% from superior sigil of luck + 30% from omnomberry bar) +162% MF. I might be wrong on some numbers.

And the RtL nerf has exactly 0 effect in PvE, except for moving around. To which I’d reply you should try playing a Mesmer or necro or engineer and see how it goes for them.
necros and engineers can actually have a great deal of mobility. speedy kits grant perma-swiftness. Its the mesmers who are ridiculously slow. Even with runes of air, im always lagging behind people >.>

Relog. It’s a common bug/error, usually something to do with your log-in server (connected with your friend list, whispering someone, etc).

People are seriously blowing this out of proportion. The Necro has had tons of boon punishment since the game began and has never been overpowered in PvP except in beta, where they were an insanely… good… bunker. And there boon punishment was (and still is) largely useless.
This may help against the bunker problem, or it may make a new OP class, or it may do nothing at all. The third is most likely in my opinion.
Necros/mes simply take away your boons. But you aren’t punished for having them. Now, you’re getting punished for having multiple boons. It’s as if your discouraging boon-based builds.
Will they finally fix izerk’s damage with this patch?
How about a trait that, on crit, gives you a chance to inflict cripple? I think the aoe slow will be too powerful.

I feel kinda let down about the boon-hate thing. I think we can still deal with thieves as we tend to put on a lot of boons and usually, might would be the last boon we would have. I’m more annoyed at the warriors =/ Now, idk if I can eat a 100b to the face. =(

I’m sure it’s just an overreaction. I’m also annoyed and saddened at the whole thief/war boon hate issue as my eng relies on boons just to get damage up. But hopefully, it’ll pass (esp since I already got quip on him >.<)

er… no. The chance of getting two of the same kind is going to be pretty low, but not impossible. RNG is RNG.
I wish mystic toilet was deleted and instead all those rare and good looking skins dropped in one mega dungeon. Yes, its still RNG but you know all those skins are in one dungeon and even if you don’t get what you want you could always sell it and make a lot of money or buy the one you wanted/. Making items in mystic toilet decrease the reason to do dungeons.
People complaining about fractal skins would like to have a word with you.
I’m more concerned about this in wvw x.x warriors and thieves are already in a pretty good place there, this might just put them over the top.

if u want full bleed, u need sigil of earth (60% chance to bleed on crit) and try to get dueling X so u can create clones very often and they will bleed a lot
Clones and Phantasms don’t trigger the “On Crit” effects from sigils
I think he’s referring to the trait that whenever illusions crit, they bleed the target as well.
Just don’t craft your mes from 1-80. Maybe you can craft the last 20-30 levels, but the early levels are incredibly important, as they teach you the combat basics of playing a mes. More so when you level in wvw :p You learn to time your skills such that izerk + mindstab + shatter + mantra of pain all occur within 1-2sec of each other :p
plus +prec is so much cheaper than bloodlust
haha this is my main reason going with +prec. 6g for a sigil is just crazy expensive, not to mention it’s so hard to get it to full 25 stacks. I do, however, miss doing 4k crit (on last hit, i cba to tally the entire combo) on sword #2 skill while I was buffed with 9 stacks of might. :o Sometimes, I think sword has an even higher dps than GS.
thieves have great mobility and a lot of gap closers/chasers. However, their forte is not really the SB (as compared to rangers). So..yea, either thieves or rangers. :p
Hell no. One good thing about getting a legendary is that everything else either
1.) pales in comparison to the amount of effort needed to get it so you won’t be tired
or
2.) lose interest in other skins such that you don’t need to farm much anymore.
Right after I got my Quip, I stated leveling and playing my mes. Once I got him to 80, I almost played mes in wvw exclusively and did not regret not doing those daily fractals, daily dungeons, daily cofs, etc. (I still do daily dragons/world boss when i can since it’s easy)

haha I already placed orders on my runes of air so I’ll just be waiting for them to come If I get a sigil of lightning on my GS, and sigil of perception (+prec stack) and sigil of energy on my sword/focus, what do you guys think? Does the sigil of lightning overlap rune of air’s lightning strike CD?
The reason I wanna go with sigil of perception is that on almost full zerker gear (im using the ancient karka earing and no backpiece atm, not enough fractal tokens), my crit chance is around 45 or 47% only. I don’t feel this is high enough. I want it to be at least 50% or more even so i can fully benefit from rune of air’s +10% crit damage.
(I also wanna see more 2.5k crits on mantra of pain. I’m currently in a mantra build but I think I’ll change that to a shatter-ish build. Mantra is good on 1v1 or small teams, but is terrible in zergvzerg, which is what I often find myself in in wvw).
This is basically what I was told when I hit 80: “Do dungeons, farm mats, work on getting legendary” .____. ;_;
I-Is that seriously what I have to do…? I mean like, is this not what I’m supposed to be doing? I like PvE, WvW, and PvP, so basically everything…but is this what I should be focusing on? If so, can anyone give me a guide on how to get my legendary? I’m a 2 Handed-Warrior DPS (Greatswords/Rifles). Please help me out ;-;
People told you terrible advice. Once you hit 80, at the very least you need to get your gear up to the max stat (exotics) which are a small grind but not very difficult. Once that, do what you want :p The important thing is that YOU set your own goals, not other people :P
But the game has a rating and probably, due to that rating, it has to be included. It’s better for Anet to have that rating, as it will open up the game to a wider audience.
I just disable mine, because “bad” language doesn’t exist in my book. Only language does.
afaik mmo or online games aren’t rated. (something something company not liable for what happens online etc etc)

Yes. Because that person knowingly wore the armor with 0 survivability and full damage. There is the expectation that even if someone is in zerk gear, he should know how to survive. I’m not saying warriors with zerk are bad players. I’m saying warriors with zerk who get downed every 5 seconds ARE the bad players.
Divinity runes are also a choice if you got the money. Trade a bit of damage for a bit of survivability while keeping critical damage high
div runes are out of the question for me x.x Waaay too expensive and I think learning to survive is another important skill to have as a mes. :p
Alright so with air runes, what sigils would match them? For GS and sword/focus (since i wvw a lot on my mes)

+1 for Air. Crit damage, swiftness, lit strike goodness.
Mel runes on a full zerk mes won’t help much… they work far better if you’re tanky. As full zerk you want to kill them asap… not try to mitigate incoming conditions which take time to kill you.
