Hello fellow raiders! New and seasoned alike!
[RDRS] Raiders Syndicate is recruiting!
We are a new raiding guild with currently 95 members welcoming anyone who wants to raid.
We require only that you are geared in full exotics with some ascended trinkets and are working towards full ascended. You must be willing to use meta builds.
No prior raiding experience required.
No class requirements.
No rep requirements.
Our goal is to both establish static groups for raids as well as have enough members online and ready to go at any given time to allow for spontaneous runs.
We currently have scheduled training runs lead by experienced players, scheduled “attempt to kill” runs, and spontaneous groups.
We already have members from all over the world and want to keep building that up so that nobody gets stuck with PUGs all the time!
We have TS.
To keep track of everyone’s raid experience level guild ranks are based on acquired number of Legendary Insights. Simply link them to our guild leader once you have joined so they can set your rank
We are on NA and are an English speaking guild.
Feel free to contact me or our guild leader Mushu.6578 with any questions or requests to join.
Well. The Precursor armor sets are already in the game. You can already preview them in your account wardrobe. Since the sneak peak heavy legendary armor is the heavy precursor skin with some added details and animations it is safe to assume the medium and light sets will also be the precursor skins with added details and animations. Thus you can already preview the armor and imagine added detail and animated parts and you get a good idea of what it will look like.
I know about LFG but there is barely anything that I can do at this point ever there. Not ever found a group that actually got 10 people there.
I know about guilds but mine is new and so far rarely enough people for raids. Never got a full 10 person group. Are there raid guilds out there that will take someone with pretty much no experience, full ascended? I have not been able to find one.
Is there any other way? I want to raid. I want to find a group that knows what they are doing and is willing to teach me. I learn VERY fast. One or two encounters usually are enough to teach me mechanics and make me comfortable with the fight. I am not a noob…I just don’t get the chance to gain experience! Help me!
Yeah. I REALLY want that glider. I would have bought it right away with real money not even bothering with gold conversion had it been available straight up.
Now it is also limited time on top of BL Chest exclusive, forcing everyone who wants it to pay up NOW or forever miss out. Amazing. It’s been a while since I hated GW2. This has done it. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase gems with real money. Not because I can’t afford it. Because the RNG is SO disgustingly greedy it makes me sick.
I used 40 keys and did not get the glider. I paid for 20 keys with real money. I feel stupid for having fallen for it thinking at least the chances would be fair and 20 bucks would surely get me the glider.
This game gets no more money from me. So disappointing.
I did request this once before, 8 months ago. I have not received any donations whatsoever so I deleted the old post and am trying one more time. I have meanwhile made it to 780 gold myself but am still ways away from ever being able to afford this. I know it’s a big wish but any help is appreciated and big wishes are what this is for, right?
Desire: Permanent Hair Stylist Contract (or gold towards buying it)
Server: NA
I’ll update here if I receive the item itself or with any gold donations I received.

Can one still get this achievement now with the changes to the fractal? Is there a level at which you start at the top and can reach all the bonfires on the way down? Does one not need the unreachable bonfires anymore? What is going on here?
The teleport circles aren’t actually blue. They are red circles just like any other ground indicated attack. They just have a blue beam inside them. You might have just been looking for the wrong thing
But even when you look for the red circles and don’t bother with the blue beams (beams are very hard to see when other skill effects are in the same place) it can still be hard to see. I tend to stay a little off to the side and not stack right on top off the boss. That way there’s a bit of ground between the group and my character on which I am able to see the red circles
Oh my. So many haters. To clear some things up:
1. I do play the TP. But I am very bad at it. The reason for why is too personal for an online forum but let’s just say it’s not my fault and there’s nothing I can do to change it. I still do it the best I can but I simply cannot make thousands of gold fast that way. I made 500g within the last 3 months to give you an idea.
2. I am not the “Must have now” type whatsoever. I have played this game since beta and have been after the same perma item for 2 years now. Every time I get close they get ALL bought up and relisted for 2-3 times the price. That’s what I mean by not ever being able to catch up. And no, they don’t drop a lot. There’s never a lot of them in the first place.
3. Making lots of gold through farming is one thing…it DOES take a lot of time. I AM investing that time as much as I can every day yet I am still not getting closer.
4. Making lots of gold through the TP takes skills that most people don’t have. For all kinds of reasons. And being lazy and not wanting to put the work in certainly isn’t the reason for me.
5. I know a couple of very rich people myself and I know from them personally that this is being done. Buying rare items and relisting them at double or more of the original price. I am not making this up.
As to what I have tried/am trying:
1. Farming and gathering. I do this as much as I can and it’s around 10-15g in an hour if I’m lucky. But my playtime is limited so it takes me a couple of months for 1000g this way. That amounts to a year or more if an item that was 2000g suddenly turns 4000g over night.
2. Playing the TP. The only method I have found so far that I am capable of doing gives me steady income but it is very slow. I have tried following guides etc. but I am not able to do that.
3. Black Lion Chest Keys. Yes I have bought a few. No I will not ever again. The RNG is horrible and in 3 years of playing I have yet to get anything actually valuable.
4. Luck with drops. I got one precursor drop 3 years ago and that is it. Back then it was worth 300g and I was very happy. But since that one time I have not gotten a single ascended armor or weapon chest or anything else worth anything. Still hopeful, of course…and I do go and farm specific drops as well.
5. Crafting. I have done and am doing time gated mats. So far not a great way to make money because it is time gated and thus very limited in what you can effectively make per day. Unless you don’t do anything else every day and ONLY craft every time gated mat there is and use your limited playtime that way this is not even worth it.
I am doing what I can, I am doing a lot, I am investing a lot of time per day and the reason I STILL can’t afford the item I have been saving up for all this time is that there are people who can buy them all up and relist them at insane prices. But yeah I kind of knew most people would tell me that I am just not working hard enough.
This is both a list of questions as well as a request. The questions first:
Does Anet monitor the amount of gold people have and make?
Does Anet think it’s fine if someone has 100k gold, buys up all perma items on the TP and puts them back up one by one for 2-3 times as much as they were before?
Will there ever be a top limit of gold one can own per account?
And the request:
Something needs to be done about this. It’s so unbelievably sad that the economy in this game is just the same as in real life. The poor will always stay poor and the rich will forever get richer. Why is this allowed to happen? Why is there no system in place to keep things fairly priced?
I am not lazy. I am actually working hard for my gold in GW2 (which is sad in itself). But with this stuff going on it will be forever impossible for me (and 99% of players) to ever catch up. I can never make enough gold because I can only do it slowly and by the time I get close to buying what I want it gets bought up and relisted at 2 or 3 times the price.
-snip-
Well then there are thousands of reasons why they should not have those skins. There are 3800+ skins in this game, no need to make all of them easily accessible or cheap. If you want everything last skin (instead of being happy with a selection of skins the 85% of the easy skins) you better are willing to spend 200k+ gold and 10k hours on this game.
Not everyone is a winner in life or in games. People nowadays are so spoiled and entitled by bad parenting nowadays.
I knew this would come out eventually…the entitled argument. People are not entitled to have certain things – but you are entitled to having prestigious exclusive items? There is no logic in that argument whatsoever.
And then you seriously bring bad parenting into this? People suffer from bad parenting for wanting a game in a virtual world that everyone plays purely for fun to be fair for everyone playing it – but you demand exclusive items only a certain percentage of people can get…and they are the ones suffering from bad parenting? Again, there is zero logic in that argument.
GW2 is a GAME. Games are meant to be fun for everyone playing them. There is enough classism, sexism, elitism, etc. in the real world folks. We don’t need more of it in a game we all play in our free time for fun. There will never be fairness and equality in the real world so aiming for it in a game is the least we can do.
I would just like to let Anet know: I am up for randomly controlling some NPCs and have them comment on people walking by and stuff. In fact I WOULD LOVE THAT!!! I would sign something that binds me to not mess around and make them say stupid things, too. I think it would be awesome.
About “May the stars guide you.” – every time it comes up my husband started to repeat it in a really messed up tone of voice. And because it happens SO often I have now started to do the same. Trust me it is even more annoying to have the NPC say it and then hear my husband and me repeat it in our special voice afterwards >.>
I’d also really love an invisible glider and a gliding pose of the character instead. Doesn’t even have to have flappy arms but just a character jumping off a cliff going JERONIMOOOOO without even having a glider and then gliding would be sooooo fun!
I am actually going to disagree. FINALLY there is some challenge to playing solo in HoT maps. Finally. I am so glad. Yes, there are things I can’t do when playing solo except for one class with a certain build…but I am glad about that! That’s called challenge. Not everything should be soloable. Champs shouldn’t be soloable. Large Scale events shouldn’t be soloable.
A lot also depends on class, build, and yes sorry, skill. I die a lot on my zerker mesmer so I started soloing on a different class and build. It works. The maps evolved – so players, classes, builds, playstyles must also evolve if you want to keep soloing.
Absolutely agree. I am lucky, I happen to love my Eles Elite spec…but all my other classes became totally unplayable to me due to lack of variety and the “best and only valuable build” just being either super boring to play or against my personal playstyle. There is now one, MAYBE two builds that are valuable per class and that’s just no fun. And why?! There’s no good reason for it. At all. Sad.

As for SAB skins, it finished all 4 sets this time, so if you can only get 3 out of 68 skins in 20 days you are doing something wrong. I also got the moto backpack and the blue sab cover.
And that’s the kind of attitude that just doesn’t belong in GW2.
Stop and think. YOU actually have NO idea, why someone wasn’t able to get more than 2 SAB skins this time around. To make this clear: I am NOT talking about myself here, all good with my SAB skins.
There are literally thousands of reasons why someone might have not been able to do it. Or anything else in the game. Just because it was easy for you doesn’t mean everyone else was “doing something wrong”. I am so sick of people not even realizing how unbelievably privileged they are at every single moment of their life without even realizing it.
No item in a game should be unobtainable for a certain group of people if a game truly wants to be community oriented. There are plenty of elitist “prestigious” (again, such thing doesn’t exist in a game as a fact but plenty of games have communities which happily make up prestige in their game because they need it to be happy) games on the market. I am SO glad GW2 isn’t one of them.
It’s a game. There is no actual prestige in a game. There just isn’t. There is only perceived prestige and that depends entirely on each individual person’s point of view.
Every single thing in GW2 boils down to one or several of these four things:
1. You had enough time to play the game to get X.
2. You had enough RL money to buy X.
3. You were able to play the game at the right time to get X.
4. You had someone help you to get X or buy X or give RL money to you to buy X.
I chuckle at people who hop around in front of me so I notice their precious legendary weapons which I just find so horribly ugly. I roll my eyes at people who get upset because new players get something for free which took them weeks to obtain. I shrug my shoulders at people who flaunt their 30k AP because I know not everyone has that kind of time to play a game.
Find what you enjoy in GW2 and make it yours. Forget about the rest. It is so ridiculous to tell other people “But I am better than you because I have X!”. That seriously is Kindergarten level folks.
An example to finish this off:
I got my Liadri mini by defeating her before Anet nerfed the fight and made it super easy. To me my Liadri is prestigious but I realize to everyone else she probably isn’t because they don’t know how hard it was to get that catbaby of an achievement. It’s the same with EVERYTHING else in a game. No exceptions.
Worst idea I’ve seen on the forums in quite some time.
I second this one: I play together with my husband and we really enjoy doing living and personal story together…or we would if it wasn’t for that totally unnecessary feature that only the instance owner can interact with objects. Takes all the fun and intuitive gameplay right out of it.
Great tool for people who enjoy making the highest dps builds – I just really hope it doesn’t lead to even more elitism in raids. It’s already “Have to be full ascended, run build X and experienced” in raid LFG and I am pretty sure proving your dps will be next.
Oh yes the crashes…yesterday was doing Tequatl right after update and the ENTIRE MAP crashed 3-6 times (number varied for individuals) and we failed Tequatl! Nobody got angry or anything, several people submitted bug reports (me included) it was rather funny actually. Mapchat was hilarious. Just needs fixing whatever it is!
No. This discussion has been around since SAB was introduced and I am still of the same opinion: SAB will only be special if it is annual and not permanent. It loses its magic, it loses its charm. To some sooner than to others but if it is permanent eventually EVERYONE will get tired of it and it will just be forgotten. No. SAB is worth the wait and excitement for it to come around again. Just like other annual events like Halloween, Winter’s Day etc.
And before you say “Oh then you must have finished everything in one go and not care anymore!”: No. I didn’t finish everything last time SAB was around. And I still didn’t finish everything this time around! Yet I am still glad it’s gone and I can look forward to it again next year.
Again just because your bored of it doesn’t mean others are.
Also new players who join GW2 miss out if it’s always temporarily.
If it’s more enjoyable if it becomes annual then lets make WvW events annual too!
Hell lets make PvP annual and only available during the PvP seasons!
SAB is it’s own game mode. So if that game mode gets treated that way I dont see why other game modes dont get to suffer the same consequences. It makes no sense to call it a festival. I prefer they add new SAB content every April, but keep it permanent so every year you have new Worlds to look forward to, but dont take it away when others enjoy playing it or are just getting into it because YOU are bored. It’s a win-win making it permanent and a lose-win keeping it temporarily.
Please stop putting words in my mouth. I respect that you want it to be permanent. I understand many people feel this way. But I am entitled to my own opinion. Nobody misses out on ANYTHING with SAB. You don’t get it right away but you will when it comes back. Everything that you could get with the 1st SAB you could get this time around. And I am certain it will stay that way. So no, nobody misses out. That’s simply false.
And your comparisons don’t make any sense. SAB has ALWAYS been a festival thing like any other special event in GW2. Never been a game mode. Ever. WvW, dungeons, everything else that’s permanent always has been permanent and an integral part of the game. You cannot compare these things seriously.
And finally: No. It’s not a win-win if it becomes permanent. It loses it’s special feel when it becomes permanent. You deny this now but only because it isn’t permanent which actually really just confirms my point. If SAB was permanent in 2 years it would not feel special to anyone anymore. That’s a fact even if you keep denying it.
but its about a game content, leveling was the most funny and entertaining aspect of this game, it wasnt “you must to do it” but noone is going to level up anymore… They made this game, all this locations for YEARS and for what ? for making a skip after few years ?
No. Just no. Stop making assumptions about the entire community of GW2 based on your own opinion. It’s insulting actually. I HATE leveling. I despise it. It’s boring. It’s tedious. I dislike being on a character that I cannot make a build and proper gear for yet or a permanent look. For me the game begins when my character gets to lvl 80. That’s when I start having fun. I level as fast as I can (crafting, tomes, etc.) and THEN I start playing the game. Many people feel the same. And guess what: neither your way nor my way are the better way. To each their own.
The 80 boost doesn’t force anyone to use it. Even new players who feel like you and love leveling they just don’t use it until they level to 80. Then they use it to get the items. Why complain? There literally is NOTHING to complain about!!!
I just want to say thank you for not adding more legendary weapons to the game I’m sure I’m in the minority but hey – our voices exist, too and you should hear them. Thank you.
I played GW for years and started GW2 during betas. I have spent thousands of hours in this game. I regret only the ones in SAB. Everything else I don’t regret. I am EXTREMELY happy with this entire update. All of it. I love the free stuff I get. I will use the lvl 80 to trial lvl all classes once more and give everything another try since you also get full test gear with it! So awesome!
There is nothing bad about this stuff. Stop making things up please.
2g a day, 730g a year if logging on and actually doing dailies daily is too much? I am unsure whether or not this is a troll post. Things that are worth their cost are extremely expensive in GW2 now. Prices on the TP continuously keep going up. I will never own 1000g folks. Neither will the vast majority of people playing the game casually.
And those who know how to make gold have thousands laying around and probably won’t even bother getting 2g through dailies because there are way faster and easier ways to make gold in GW2 if you want to.
No. Not too much. Not enough if you ask me. Looking at current TP prices I would be happy with 5g a day to be honest.
First of all: Thank you for not making it awesome. I thus still have no desire whatsoever to start the grindy, endless journey towards making any legendary weapon. And I thoroughly mean it, this is not sarcasm or anything. Leaves me time to actually play and enjoy the game!
Then:
- This bow is too chunky. Doesn’t feel like a rapid firing shortbow at all.
- The tigers don’t fit the rest of the design.
- The entire design doesn’t resemble tigers, more tribal looking than anything.
- The color scheme is way too much fire and not enough tiger. Black and yellow are in order.
- Footfall effects definitely aren’t noticeable enough.
- The spirit tiger is a good start however you don’t even see it unless you record and watch in slow motion. That’s sad, it’s a nice touch! It needs a little more substance, a tad color, and it needs to move slower somehow so one actually sees what that thing is that’s flashing through the air.
Hey Andree, thanks for your reply!
The guild philosophy looks exactly like what we are looking for. I do have a couple of questions though:
Since you are relatively new in GW2, how many members do you currently have? And how many of those are EU players? And do you have any idea of how many EU players are regularly/daily on late afternoons and evenings? Are your members mostly new to GW2 as well or are they mostly seasoned GW2 veterans like us?
We are EU players and the most important thing would be to actually have people to play with!
How required is forum use? Signing up is the lesser issue if it really is that easy. However from previous experience with forum heavy guilds we much prefer to be in game than out of it for as much organization as possible.
We understand for certain things like regular raids on set dates/times forum is needed but is there enough spontaneous/non forum required activity for us to still party and raid with the guild without having to be on forums daily?
Thanks again for taking the time to reply
Hey folks!
My husband and I have been playing GW2 since beta. We have since been part of only two guilds. The second really turned out to be our home and we love it dearly…unfortunately it is extremely inactive. And since we are very active but miss actually playing together with other people we are looking for another guild to join. It took us the past 2 months to make this decision and we don’t plan on leaving our home guild – but as sad as it makes us there just isn’t anybody on pretty much any time to even play with anymore
Our mains: 1 Chronomancer, 2 Reapers, 2 Tempest, 1 Druid, 1 Berserker
What we are looking for in a guild:
- Uncomplicated join process (no forum sign ups etc.)
- EU players. We moved to the EU from the US, are on US server (Tarnished Coast) and want to stay there…but our play times are EU and we need guild mates online then!
- Tarnished Coast would be a plus since we won’t leave our home server. But WvW is not an absolute must so a different server would be OK
- No kittenbaggery. Very important. We want a friendly, social, welcoming place to play with people. Respectful environment, always.
- Near 100% rep required. We want a main guild to reliably play with, not a guild that’s secondary to most of it’s members.
- PvE focus.
We’d also love to get into raiding, are gearing up our toons in full ascended but absolute must is the guild’s willingness to take raiding noobs. We learn quick but have no interest in elitist “Must be full ascended, have done 100 runs, one mistake you get kicked.” attitude. Absolutely willing and able to LEARN speed runs though
What we bring to a guild:
- absolute loyalty once we feel at home and have committed to the guild (until the guild dies)
- activity
- the ability to plan, lead, participate in guild events as time goes on
- friendly, social, helpful attitude and strong ethics
- 9 lvl 80 characters each, 3 in full or near full ascended gear
- 2-3 mains each that we play well in anything PvE, my hubby is very good at PvP, too (me not so much :P)
- a couple lvl 500 crafts
- lot’s of experience and willingness to work on gear, skill etc.
- we are quick learners
- we love to chat
Any questions? Go right ahead. Here or contact me in game.

Figured it out. Lucky coincidence…tried to do SAB daily on another toon, noticed I couldn’t go in a certain zone, realized SAB is character bound, went through all my toons to find the one that actually did W2 Z1 trib mode and tadaa – I can enter zone 2. I WAS a couple years ago so I totally forgot it’s character bound. Thank goodness for that epiphany LOL
Here’s the thing: 2-1 might be not that bad for you. It is for me. Please don’t make assumptions about other people based solely on your own experience.
Either way, this clearly is a bug and should be fixed. Even if I could “just play through” tribulation mode 2-1 again easily, I shouldn’t have to. And as I stated above I DID play through World 2 entirely again in normal mode and that did not fix it.
Figured it out.

I got this issue as well and have stopped doing Jungle Wurm altogether. The wait time, the event time and then no credit? Nah thanks.
That’s what I feared. So no way to get them besides playing for hours for a very tiny amount. I can’t PvP due to lag so loot bags are my only farmable source. I need a new way to make money then
Question 1:
I have fully maxed my elite spec and thus no more need for hero points. What happens to the hundreds I gain afterwards? Any way to convert them into something useful?
Why do I ask? Hero Points replaced Skill Points – BUT Spirit Shards replaced Skill Points as the currency at the Mystic Forge.
I could not find a farmable way to get Spirit Shards except for Dragon’s Stand which is ALWAYS empty thus I have not yet managed to open a single one of those pod things which give spirit shards.
I am now stuck without a reliable way to farm enough Spirit Shards to please Miyanis need for getting paid folks. The 3 I get per daily just aren’t enough. I have noticed I gain some from something else, I assume bags I get from HoT event rewards? But again it’s not enough for the large numbers I need.
Question 2:
So far I need to play for around 5 hours to get 15 Spirit Shards. That’s just not enough. Any idea how to get more spirit shards faster?
I just wanted to say that I love this idea. And the creative ways these puzzles are created. I wish someone in my guild would do this! Awesome work, your guild is lucky to have you!
I second this. Just OFFER a separate keybind for deploying the glider. People who like spacebar for both jumping and gliding should be able to bind both to the same…people who want/need a second key for glider should be able to bind it to two different ones.
My 2 cents.
I actually CAME BACK to the game after a long hiatus because of the HoT release. Something new and such…
Now I played it for a couple weeks and I’m glad I came back. I love the gliding. I love the new verticality of the maps. I like the meta event progression thing. NOT in Dragon’s Stand because that 2hr and map closes thing is just insane.
I also have some issues with the new release. One drawback for me is how much class and build factor in my playing experience in HoT. I get so annoyed all the time when I am playing solo on my zerker mesmer because everything is out to kill me. And if I don’t know exactly where to go and what to do it does. Kill me I mean. And I do know how to play so let’s not go there…
Then I switched to that necro I never played before, maxed Reaper and HoT became a breeze. I can now tank everything and play a lot more relaxed. So this factors in a lot with how much I enjoy gameplay. Not saying it should be different, just something I noticed.
I also have a huge issue with game crashes during or at the end of meta events, full maps one can’t get into, empty maps one gets forced into after crashes, lost progress, lost rewards, etc. THIS is my biggest problem with HoT. When I get disconnected or the game crashes it should put me back into the map I cam from for at least 5 minutes or so. It’s neither my PCs nor my fault that this crash stuff happens, it’s the game. So why do I have to suffer when it happens? SO annoying and definitely the biggest reason I regularly have to stop playing because I get so angry and frustrated after having spent a couple hours with meta progression only to crash and end up in an empty map.
I get frequent graphic lag since the newest patch. Not just in HoT maps.
The game also almost always crashes right at the end of large events, especially in the new HoT maps right before a meta event ends.
This is SO annoying because doing the meta start to finish takes a very long time and the crash right before the end means I don’t get rewards AND I get put into a different, empty map.
A general plea of mine:
PLEASE don’t introduce glider skins that can only be USED by a certain class/race/gender.
Skins that must be OBTAINED that way are perfectly fine but once the skin is unlocked it must be usable by any character just like it is now.
Why? Race or class specific gliders would likely look extremely specific to a certain theme. And countless players use those themes for other classes/races.
This isn’t going to happen. There are enough people buying one or multiple sets so why would Anet give up that money? Exactly – they wouldn’t.
It doesn’t matter, what you want. It matters what Anet makes most money out of. Face it, they didn’t make GW2 to make you happy, they made to make money. It just doesn’t make sense to give you 5 sets for the price of 1, if they have enough people actually paying for 5 sets -shrugs-
First of all: I love the new map! I am having a blast playing.
Then: As long as I get lucky enough to get a decent zerg on red.
The way people are matched in EotM (all current Wvwvw red servers are put into the red zone etc.) is just messed up. Currently red is not playable. The previous days the only time we got a decent zerg that allowed us to do stuff was right after a new round started. I really wish there was a way to balance numbers more. I’d love to play EotM right now, but I simply can’t. Red owns nothing on their map, not even their keep – we went to the keep with 10 ppl and couldn’t even take it back ROFL
Sorry, but this is just so bad. When numbers matter as much as they do in EotM, there needs to be a better way to balance numbers during matches…
Since the search function still doesn’t work properly, sorry if this thread already exists!
So. I finally have my 9k achievement chest in sight and after a lot of playing around in the PvP locker I created a look I really like with the Hellfire skins and some other mix and match skins. However, I picked the Radiant skins way back, when achievement rewards first came out.
Is there any way to exchange the skins? ._. Will there be a way in the future? I never ended up using my radiant skins at all and seeing how long it takes to get to 10k achievement points, an option to exchange your skins if you find you picked the wrong one would be great…?
Maybe just a one-time option. I’d even pay with gems for one from the TP And I’d love a dev answer on this, since everything else would just be speculations.
EDIT: I do know the gloves and shoulders come back at 12k and 15k according to the wiki…but honestly, that is a VERY long time to play if you are at 9k like me.
(edited by Firefly.5982)
I am adding my own disappointment and anger to this thread, because I got to let it out instead of letting it eat on me >.>
I need the 3rd and 5th warden dodge achievements. Obviously the 3rd one is the one people seem to have most trouble with and even getting to the 5th one is hard. So. I have been doing this stupid, ridiculous event over and over and over again to try and finish the 3rd and 5th warden. I play perfect every time. I dodge every time. And most of the time MY platform even kills their warden.
This system is SO messed up. And stuff like this is the reason I only ever come back to playing when a new patch comes out, finish the achievements as fast as possible and then don’t play again until the next patch. I am not enjoying this game anymore due to mechanics like this and that’s just sad
I like this idea aswell – we were just talking about this yesterday actually, which is quite funny XD
There can be more than 1 guild leader however, so make sure all guild leaders get the guild leader title and not just one person If it is a title you can use it when you want and turn it off for example in wvw, when you wouldn’t want anyone to see it. A very simple way to introduce some guild representation option in public.
Duels should be forbidden in main cities according to law, but allowed with consent of both parties in the open world.
:P Yes, duels please, outside the main city walls.
That armor is PvP and not available in PvE…so yeah, armor like that does NOT exist in game. And people have made several threads already asking to bring that set back into PvE – doesn’t seem like Anet wants to.
Oh, I know, this is a big one – but I will suggest it anyway.
I haven’t been playing much over the past few months, because the game has more and more lost its charm for me. I know everything, I’ve been everywhere, I’ve played through it all over and over and the one thing, that keeps me from coming back and play just for the sake of playing, even without new content, is the missing immersion.
Loading screens kill immersion. Nothing kills it, like loading screens. When walking into a city there shouldn’t be a loading screen. There should be a big city gate through which you step directly into the city. When changing zones, there shouldn’t be a loading screen. There should be stone arches, caves and tunnels through rock, a winding road, a canyon through which you walk – natural gateways through which you enter new zones.
Loading screens are the one thing that make GW2 feel like a game, instead of a stunning world of its own into which I can immerse myself fully, until I chose to turn off my PC.
Please. Find a way to get rid of loading screens.
Gosh I’m glad I don’t care about ascended weapons and armor at all…everything is super ugly and luckily the tiny stat increase does not justify the amount of grind/gold that has to go into making the pieces XD
-zero pieces and proud- <3
