“He just mad gotta work for it!”
I’m rolling in so much of this stuff that I can’t spend it quick enough!Ahhhh

But in all serious no if you’re not doing it right then it is a pain I guess.
what the hell man.
That’s probably a bad recipe that they will fine tune. 100 crystalline ore is absurd for one rune, especially when new legendaries require 250
Megaservers are currently bugged, so your best bet is to wait ;/
Are they still bugged as of now? I thought it was patched a day or two ago.
They didn’t confirm it was fixed, they only confirmed that they are working on one.
I think you will see a different cost approach than the older legendaries. Lindsey Murdock said that the older precursor collections were designed so that they were competitive enough with the current precursor prices on the TP.
With the newer precursors, there is no need to balance this.
However, please don’t expect new legendaries to be cheap at all.
I honestly expect them to be just as expensive as the older ones, but with more non-monetary tasks that need to be done.
I don’t expect them to be cheap or easy. I just don’t want the best way to aquire them to be heading to silverwates and chest farming.
Well that’s the best way to make gold, so unless you were expecting a legendary to cost 200 gold or so…

Sooo what do you suggest if you don’t want to do fractals, jumping puzzles and don’t like to do achievement point tasks?
I’m pretty sure when I tried this, all boons are removed..
Or maybe boots that leave a trail of frozen footsteps.
I’m pretty sure it is an oversight.
Precursor crafting is something that takes time and effort. You didn’t invest that time and effort by acquiring Dusk previously via either the Trading Post, the Mystic Forge, or an incredibly lucky random drop. The system is working as intended.
As a holder of multiple legendaries, I agree with this.
You didn’t go through the trials and tribulations of the precursor craft quest, so you don’t deserve the achievement.
I do not know the specifics, but the common trend is for the Nuhoch lane to fail first. This leads me to believe that Nuhoch lane is the hardest to organise.
Anyone else have some info to share?
Nuhoch lane fails due to the shroom part
1.) Not enough shroom stompers
2.) Related to #1, even if there are enough shroom stompers, they do not have stability so they end up getting knocked off, wasting valuable time
3.) Related to #1, there aren’t enough shroom stompers spread out on both sides of the lane and up top
Unlikely many guilds will share any tips until the world first is claimed.
SCAR lane is most certainly bugged when you compare the Gerent in that lane with others. They are all the same except that the one in SCAR lane has the bar available for only 2 seconds.
This event is impossible without that being fixed.
“And now the fractal mastery is working properly because they removed the bug/exploit”

Cof Path 1 near the end at the braziers. Have players activate them and let mobs spawn. How you rotate is up to you.
There’s nothing you can do. The new maps have more assets to load than the old maps because of the verticality.
And it is very, very expensive
The wurm is meant to be killed by organized players. PUGs can’t cut it
You don’t even have to join TTS. Just hop on the teamspeak, wait for a raid for the wurm (they are on a 2 week break right now) and get on the map.
Still trying to figure out the best way. People thinking speed running dungeons is good.
Maybe on the anniversary of Scarlet’s death.
the beauty (or lack) of legendary skins is subjective.
They can’t please everyone. They would have to make thousands of designs for one single weapon just to limit the disgruntled folk. Obviously that’s not going to happen.
Any returning/fresh 80’s who have not unlocked living story season 2 episodes want to run this?
I’m planning on running them either tonight or tomorrow.
Note that this is only eligible for lvl 80’s and because you have not unlocked the episodes, the only benefit for you is to see the story unfold. No rewards or achievements will be provided.
Send me a PM here or mail to Vol.5241 (not Vol.7601)
definitely Wanze
Well I guess your disappointment stems from you being a completionists and you want the whole collection. I understand that I suppose. But I’d argue Anet is free to change the distribution system of these nodes as they see fit. And they probably felt that the lower-tier nodes were good for the gem store, while the higher ones were better suited for the RNG chests.
Personally, I’m pretty confident Gift of Mastery and Gift of Fortune will be part of the new recipes as well, simply because those two are universal among current legendaries.
Oh man … I really hope it will this way. Because at the moment I have one of each waiting in my bank. Started a Bifrost but gave up on it some time ago xD
don’t worry, you won’t be the biggest loser if they change things…
It’s just horse how they sold all the original, crappy nodes for 10$ a piece and then make the actual desirable nodes RNG bullkitten. So now if I ever want to complete the home instance I have to pay the price of a legendary to do so? That rings acceptable to you, Krall?
Maybe I’m a different player but these nodes do not make or break the game. They are convenience. Is it going to hamper your gameplay by not having these nodes?
I love how sellers on the TP will post precursors/legendarys at 25g cheaper than the TP.
As if I’m going to risk all my gold to be scammed just to save 25g…
I don’t think these affect the economy at all. The % of users who actually have these nodes is very, very small (otherwise those prices above wouldn’t be so high).
And yes, we do not review, vet, or approve third-party programs. Each person who wants to know whether something is acceptable needs to read the messaging that is provided and make a decision based on those comments.
Gaile, it’s nebulous phrasing like this that keeps me from using any third party tools, even things that are probably totally fine. I would love nothing more than to play PvE and actually know my DPS to refine my rotations, but I don’t install the software because I have put way too much effort into my account to risk “Your account has been banned for hacking. This ban is final.” Even if that ban wasn’t final, I wouldn’t want that black mark on my account record.
It’s ANet’s shaky stance on third party software which ultimately leads to third party software support being really bad for GW2 because half the legitimate developers don’t want to create useful tools which could get players banned. Please reconsider your position and actually tell us what is and isn’t allowed, explicitly, and if you can’t, bring Chris Cleary in here so he can.
That’s an impossible proposition.
What you’re asking is for Anet to allocate resources to vetting every single mod that is linked to GW2. They would have to look through the code in the file and every patch made to it and give it the go ahead. That’s time-intensive and inefficient.
It’s better to rely on the community to investigate these programs and then compare it to Anet’s blank statement.
This is commonplace in the industry.
Check out the two new zones.
Do the metaevent train
They added daily log in rewards. You probably got gold from one of those pre-planned rewards.
1.) You can try to convert skill points through the use of mat conversions. There are some sites out there that you can google “skill points to gold gw2” , but I haven’t used it in awhile so I don’t know if the data is fresh. Check prices manually first before trusting spreadsheets/websites
2.) No information on character slots, but it’s suggested to get 800 gems before the release
3.) No word on it.
Royal Terrace, because I do not wish to mingle with peasants!
But when I have to mingle with peasants, it will be LA.
balance patch on tuesday..
then probably a feature pack
Yep, hopefully people don’t confuse it with HoT releasing in 6 weeks.
My body is ready for the new leggies
I have another +5k stored away in alt account/gbanks. this is going to be lucrative
I commend you for taking RP very seriously.
We need more to do this.
welcome to the lucky club
This makes me extra glad that there is no open world PvP. It would be open season on Sylvari.
Awhile back there was one small guild that didn’t kill/attack anyone but rangers. Or at least, they prioritized rangers (bearbows) over anyone else.
Maybe there will be a guild called Sylvari Hunters
woah, really? Everyone I know and talked to (and this seems to be the general consensus on the forums as well) seems to be incredibly excited and happy about the announcement. I mean clearly you’re entitled to your own opinion, but I’d be surprised if there are a lot of people out there that share it.
I was happy to hear about the PAX announcement too. At this point we can bet it’s an expansion is some form, but to see an advertisement in-game was immersion breaking and distressing. Stick the ad on the loading screen, character select screen, fine, that works. But in-game? What’s next, The Goodyear Pact Blimp? Trahearne offering us a 20% discount on the Deluxe Bundle? Where is the line drawn between production and marketing?
Immersion breaking?
As if the pink/purple half naked mustached’ Norn wasn’t immersion breaking for you?
Who wants to start a focus group/guild called Sylvari Refugees?
It would make it easier for us to collect all Sylvari conveniently and purge them easily into the depths of Mount Maelstrom
So, you’re saying you want to drop a ring (band, group, troupe, collective) of Sylvari into a volcano?
…Why does that sound tremendously familiar as a plot?
We must purge our enemies.
For the better sake of everyone we could hold them back in one map so the rest of us is safe. Better put everbody who has a Sylvari as toon in one map. In fact best would be put everone who ever played together with a Sylvari in open world or personal story in one map, because we cann’t trust them anymore.
Internment camps, I like.
You can never know which Sylvari is willing to help the enemy and which one just wants to live by.
Unfortunately, I’m too lazy to vet it, so just let them sort it all out.
I nominate sending them to Orr.

Anet should put character slots on sale so everyone can roll an engineer, equip a flamethrower and burn all these traitor trees down.
resubbing 15char
wanze plsss take all my gold and invest it. It’s been sitting in the bank collecting dust for a month and it’s doing nothing ;[
